TownePlace Suites by Marriott College Park

Have been staying at other Hotels in the area but got a good rate for a week at this hotel & was very impressed with the King Bed Kitchenette! VERY Clean, professional Staff who did their best to accommodate within Covid times! Will be back ! .

Absolutely comfortable, it was two in the morning. And the desk made sure she helped us get a room so later in the night. Also during this Covid pandemic the room was definitely clean and everything you need to stay was available.

Roaches!!!!!!!! Staff is rude! Rooms are dirty!!!!

They had mixed up my room, we were able to get it fixed and situated. They also comped me an extra stay. Their studios have a homey feeling to it, they have ample space. And friendly front desk.

I booked a 1 bedroom suite. More specifically, the suite that had the description of an oven being in the room. The room was for up to 5 guests. Upon check in, the woman was adamant about no parties being thrown. She got rude towards the end of my check in with another guest when her friends brought in food from home - the clerk then reiterated the fact that there are no parties - in an aggressive tone. The woman tried to explain and the receptionist just cut her off like “sounds great and all - but that’s what everyone says.” Moving on. Got into my room. No oven. Called the desk, she said oh. There were no more rooms with ovens. We can’t do anything. There was only one towel and two wash cloths. The silver drain piece in the shower, was just sitting on the side of the shower. Pillow was used. No extra sheets for the pull out couch. Called to request extra towels and sheets, Was told I needed to come downstairs to get it.... went down there and was told I had to come back another time to get a comforter. Wipeable stains on the countertop. Thank God I brought my own Lysol wipes and spray to wipe everything down. ALSO. For a non smoking hotel - the couch smelled like stale cigarette smoke.

Excellent customer service, but the bathroom had multiple hairs in it upon arrival.

Nice friendly staff love that it’s a pet friendly hotel.

Comfortable, clean, and had just about everything we needed. Body wash In shower was empty and conditioner was low, plus they were building right next door so construction was a little noisy at times. But overall a great place and we will definitely go back!

The room was very clean and modern. The kitchen had a stovetop with two burners, a microwave, a coffeemaker, a toaster a sink (and dish liquid) and a dishwasher. The kitchen was supplied with plates and bowls, cutlery, pots and pans, salt and pepper. The refrigerator was half-size, not a mini. I would definitely stay there again.

Very comfortable a lot of access to different things. Staff very attentive.
