Puma Hostel Puno

We were very impressed with this Hostel! Everyone was so friendly at the front desk and very helpful. The rooms were spotless and the service amazing! The location was ideal for walking. We loved the breakfast and there was such a choice!

The hotel was good, clean. Hot shower! Wonderful breakfast, the best yet! There was always hot water for us when we went back to the hostel after dinner!

The person at the reception is a very nice person. Hotel is nicely located, also offering some tours. Wifi wasn't working properly on higher floors.

Nada me gustó, excepto la atención personal, deja mucho que desear en cuanto a limpieza, moquetas muy sucias, sábanas que no dan confianza de estar limpias, baño en estado de desconfianza de limpieza

Our first night in Peru and we were deeply disappointed. Our room was overbooked. So we got a different one. No apology or refund or amenity that could have conciliated us. They offered us to stay in another hotel but since we arrived very late and left very early we weren't up for another taxi ride through town. In general the staff seemed overchallenged. There was also a huge problem with the hot water. Nobody could shower that night, which was again a real bummer because we just wanted a hotel to refresh again after a couple of nights in a night bus. The room features are OK for the price. The breakfast also. But again the staff was overchallengend, I had to carry up the bread to the dining hall myself so that all of the waiting hotel guests could start eating.

A localização é muito boa. Relação custo benefício boa. Café da manhã ruim, chuveiro fraco. Para quem busca economizar com hospedagem.

Me encantó el lugar, súper cómodo y el desayuno delicioso. Las personas de la recepción súper amables y dispuestas a ayudarte.
