Far from beach, small, and poor neighborhood. Five-ten min wait to get into my room if you comeafter they lock the front door at night. One time I waited 15 minutes outside at night in the most crime ridden neighborhood in Cancun.
Property is in a high crime district. Room was absolutely filthy. It was not fit for human habitation. There was human bio matter splattered on the wall. The "air conditioning" that was advertised was a one room (bedroom) air conditioner that did not work. There was no way to escape the room but through the door if there were a fire. You would be trapped. No deadbolt for security on the cardboard thin door. There was, however, a huge iron door that slid across the only entry at night thus trapping you inside. We did not stay after seeing the condition of the room and facilities. They would not refund our money. Stay away from this dung pit.
It was a good value I would stay there again there were stores close by
Good thank you i enjoy verymuch everythink i wil come back
Due to the fact that I can't write a lot I've condensed my complaint into a list. Day 1: Manager gave me a one bedroom with two twins beds for me and my family of 3. The pool was dirty and not working. Day 2: On 2 separate occasions the toilet failed to flush. Day 3: Same small 1 bedroom two twin beds. Pool still not working. Day 4: Toilet was fixed and stopped flushing again. Day 5, 6: Bedsheets were loose and came off mattress in the morning. Day 7: Housekeeping was informed. New bedsheets were given but same problems persisted. Day 8: Extremely loud music from 11pm - 3am resonating from a bar across the street. Unbearable to sleep. Day 9: Previous issues persisted. Front desk worker warned me about walking outside in front of the hotel at night because 3 prostitutes robbed a hotel guest. Day 10: Toilet not flushing again. Front desk was notified. Claimed to have fixed but still not flushing. Found a blood stain on my pillow case before going to sleep. Day 12: Arrived at 9pm both AC units not working. Beeping and flashing numbers. Microwave beeping. TV not working. Hotel worker claimed it was an electrical problem, but refrigerator, ceiling fan, and lights were all working. My family and I left 3 days before we were supposed to at 12AM. At this point I drove around Cancun until Expedia rushed to find us a better hotel in the area. The owner forced front desk associate to return our money out of his own wallet. The loud bar music was nonstop from day 1 until the day we left.
When we booked the hotel we were pleased with the amenities and the fact that it was in Cancun. However it was clear after the first few days that our time there was not going to be a good time. The first issue was that we booked a room with a twin bed and a queen bed and the room we got had a twin bed and a full bed which is smaller than a queen. They did move us to a larger room, which we were happy about. Our problems started in the new room. The first problem was that the toilet was not flushing and we had to tell them three different times. Each time we told them we were assured that it would be fixed and we came back and it would be fixed for a day and then it stopped working again. The bed sheets have coming off of the bed so we were sleeping on a dirty mattress. We talk to both housekeeping as well as the front desk about this issue and again we were assured that it would be fixed and it was never fixed. One of the reasons we booked the hotel is because it had a pool and a hot tub.Hot tub. When we arrived at the hotel the pool was green and full of algae. We were told that it was going to be cleaned it was clean for about a day and then we were notified that the filter was not working so the pool will not stay clean as it should. One night before bed we noticed a blood spot on the pillow case. And they tried to tell us that it was from us. The final straw was three days before the end of our trip. We came home after a long day out to both of our AC units not working.
Nightly rate was very good for me - for a regular Mexican with 150 pesos per day was not. May be, that is why it kind of empty
Address was confusing
This place is the worst “hotel” I’ve ever stayed at! It shouldn’t be called or labeled as a hotel. The neighborhood is so dangerous that not even the taxi drivers wanted to go there. For real!! There’s a street with prostitutes just nearby. You take from here.
Nothing is provided in the kitchen. You need to purchase plates, cups, utensils, napkins, etc. and there is no stove. Only a microwave that barely works. Water pressure is poor. Every other day we couldn’t flush the toilet. Last day there we had no water at all. Rooms are basic. The pool was nice. The inn keepers do not speak any English. Brush up on your Spanish or have google translate handy.
