I didn’t like the deposit, this wasn’t clear to me before I booked and this made me anxious. I paid by pay pal and therefore couldn’t present the card at check in and I booked it in my partners name not realising the significance of the lead traveler. This wS anxiety provoking , however the system in practice was very fluid and smooth. The apartment location was very good, the details of transport and general info was great.
I've stayed here a few times in the past and never really had any issues. Good price in a decent location. Especially for 2 bedroom apartments. Only thing i will say is that the apartments could do with some TLC and Referb. New mattresses, Deep clean on carpets, fixing minor damages here and there, new paint on all the walls. Nothing that will ruin your stay but noticeable if you are picky.
Apartment was in a good location. Easy to find. Check in process is a bit long winded. Lots of emails back and forth. Could be shortened. Was clean enough but the glass extraction fan over the cooker was really dusty. Someone had even written 'wash me' with the dust before I had arrived. Waiting on my security deposit being paid back to me. Been over 3 weeks and it's meant to be 15 days. It's a lot of money to hand over and not get back promptly. It puts me off staying again but other than that it was OK.
Great location easy checking in, great facilities I will definitely stay in future. 10 out of 10.
The check-in process is complicated, so as the door lock. The apartment is clean, tidy and spacious though.
My friend and I stayed one night to go the Mamma Mia Party at the O2 about 20 mins walk and easy and straight forward. Tea and coffee with milk left at the apartment. It was bright modern and was value for money.
DO NOT STAY HERE!!! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. YES THE PRICE IS ATTRACTIVE AND SO IS THE PICTURES BUT ITS ALL A DECEPTION. THE LADY FROM THE CUSTOMER SERVICE HAD A CHEEK TO CALL ME A IDIOT. HER NAME WAS MADIHA. WHILST IN MID CONVERSATION SHE HANGED UP THE PHONE AND BARRED MY NUMBER FROM CALLING THEM SO I HAD TO USE ANOTHER NUMBER TO GET IN TOUCH AND WHEN I ASKED FOR ANOTHER STAFF MEMBERS NAME THEY REFUSED TO GIVE ME THEIR NAME AND ASKED AM I THE POLICE. WHAT TYPE OF SERVICE IS THIS ? They have weird policy’s in place you need to send your id’s and bank card over prior to the check in. I have stayed in plenty of apartments/hotels and never had this procedure in place. I WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS APPARTMENT TO ANYONE. YOU ARE BETTER OF PAYIMG A LITTLE EXTRA ELSEWHERE TO SAVE THE HEADACHE AND GREIF. MESSAGE TO MANAGEMENT : train your staff to provide good customer service
Such a disappointment. Terrible communication. Stains on the carpets. Noisy boiler. Untidy TV cables. Extraction fan in the bathroom didn’t work. Right on a very busy street. No parking.
The hotel is clamming that my reference name (sign up name on Hotels.com which is my English name) is not the same as my real name on the credit and photo ID I provide. Therefore I was not able to check in at all. As a result, I use other platform to book another hotel in order to stay overnight in London safely.
