I never write reviews, but this hotel really blew me away. It is located in the heart of San Miguel de Allende, right next to the main cathedral. The master suite is simply incredible, featuring a cal king bed where my mom and I slept comfortably. The customer service was the icing the cake! Rox and Ramses were so attentive and courteous. Rox went out of her way to give us a tour of the hotel and their rooftop which will feature many more exciting amenities such as a meditation space, cinema and a bar in the near future. It is the tallest rooftop in all of San Miguel with incredible views. By far, Selina exceeded our expectations and we will for sure be staying with them in our future visits.

This hotel is located right in the middle of San Miguel de Allende down the street from the cathedral. All the major places to go visit, restaurants, bars, etc. are all walking distance from the hotel. The hotel itself is nice and has a rustic look to it. The room we were in was very simple, with just a bed, bathroom and closet. Sorry, no TV but it wasn’t needed. Room was clean and bed was comfy. The staff was also very friendly and welcoming. Only downside is that if you are a light sleeper, you might not be able to get much sleep because of music from the rooftop bar next door going on night and the cathedral bells going off in the morning. Fortunately, the hotel provides you with earbuds in case you need them. I definitely recommend this place.

The Location is perfect, walking distance to main attractions, excellent customer service.

Let me start by saying that the property name is now called "Selina Vista Hermosa", we found out when someone told us about the name change as we couldn't find "Vista Hermosa". Check in was easy and the staff was very friendly. The only thing I did not get is why they asked to make a copy of our passport, this was a first for us. The room did not have a hair dryer or handheld iron so when we asked about it we were told there was only one hair dryer and one handheld iron for the whole hotel, plus we had to leave an I.D. if we wanted to borrow it, kind of weird. The bed was firm and comfy but the pillows were more on the hard side. Overall I would say it's an o.k. hotel to stay since it's super centric (right next to San Miguel de Arcangel).

It was a great hotel in a great location. Would definitely stay there again!
