Santosí by Inmense

Very pleased with our stay. Location was walking distance to attractions. Our room was comfortable and quiet. The staff was extremely friendly and ready to assist. Breakfast was great, cooked to order. Discounted parking at a garage a block away. Very pleased with their eco friendly policy of no plastic. We would definitely stay there again.

None of the pictures of rooms are what they showed me. They were charging a very high price for a basic room. It was supposedly a presidential suite. I was going to cancel reservation they upgraded room but still not what I was expecting for the price charged.Staff did the best they could for a difficult situation. They should be commended. First problem is rooms are not in same building as where check in is. We were happy with hot breakfast.. For the price I prefer to stay at westin/hilton type hotel.

Overall a good stay; good size room and bathroom. Had to ask for a few housekeeping items like towels, toilet paper, etc. Staff always friendly and accommodating. We stayed in a small room; would be nice to have place for luggage or some drawer space. Good location, a few blocks from downtown. Breakfasts were yummy!

There’s a lot of places that you go to and realize how customer service has died. However, Santosi thrives because of their incredible service! They truly make you feel appreciated and at home. They’ll go above and beyond to assist their guests in whatever they can. My smoky has stayed here for the last two summers, and we have not been disappointed!

Property is tight but nicely redecorated and super well located if you want to spend some time in the old downtown which is really worthwhile... Staff is super attentive and nice. The only down with the property is lack of AC on my room

Cute stylish hotel in the center of SLP - recently refurbished

Our room was small and cramped. Clean and a very comfortable bed. The minibar was half empty. No ice? What hotel has no ice? Breakfast was free but not very good. Eggs undercooked, others over cooked and too salty. Beans were cold. I returned my Chilaquiles untouched and I was charged for the replacement dish. Overall not very satisfied.

Interesting hotel, but in a rather run down area of town. Sadly the biggest problems are a) Its freezing cold and there are no heaters in the room, we ended up sleeping with our clothes on the first night. The next morning was interesting to see all the staff dressed in winter coats and scarves. And b)There were only 2 tiny windows in our room, both high up and shuttered, probably because the view outside was not so good. Other than that this is a beautiful hotel, the interior is really nice. The room was spacious and very well designed. The shower was great and the bed very comfortable. The breakfast was very very good. I would go back, but only in the summer !
