Old Town Inn

Hotel was clean, GREAT location. Close to downtown. Just a short walk over the Lions Bridge. Lots of restaurants around you to choose from. Hotel could use an update to their sheets and towels. Room is plenty of space. Fridge and microwave. Once you figure out how to leave the air running constantly, you cant hear the noise from the road. Great place, we will stay here again.

The room was fine and had been updated and it was clean but the noise at night you could hear the cars and your neighbors in the next room.

I was disappointed with my stay. I arrived in the middle of the night after getting a flat tire. This hotel said 24 hour desk but I waited at least 20 minutes before anyone came out to help. The room smelled horribly of smoke so badly that I didnt want to shut the door since their were no screens on the windows (ground level rooms). I called to ask if a late check out was possible, which I was told no but he did say I could have an extra 15 minutes despite paying for two full days without requesting any additional amenities eg towels, coffee. Finally as i was leaving and talking with one of the hotel guests, the woman came out yelling at us stating that i should not be on the premise unless i pay, yet i had just spoken with her husband asking if there were vacancies if i decide to stay again that evening. She was incredibly rude and neither of us deserved to be yelled at so unprofessionally. I rarely give bad reviews but this hotel really could use improvement with their Customer Service. Additionally, still sorting out my bank statement which shows an amount almost 3 times The amount i agreed upon when booking.

Location of Hotel was with in 10min walking distance to town. Several restaurants close by. Room was small but had everything you need. AC was window unit which kept the room cold enough and enough noise to drown out the road traffic. Bed was comfortable. Hardwood floors in room. My only suggestion is rug at the entry door. We kept bringing in dirt from parking lot. Towels could use an upgrade. They were a little on the thin side. They offer free bottle of cold water upon check in. You have a fridge, microwave and coffee maker in room. 10min drive to beach. Location was perfect.

Cheap, cant complain

It wasn’t horrible but it would have been nice to have a comfortable bed. It made noises just sitting on it and it had messed up springs. My back hurt bad for two days. No double lock on doors, a little too loud outside since you could hear people slamming their doors shut (doors were old). Easy access to everything around but not comfortable enough to just relax in the room.

I like the ad. The sheets the TV and the Simplicity of the room nice king size bed. The only thing I didn't like those the drain was clogged in the shower and I was saying the puddle of water. But the facility itself is fairly nice for a remodel. Motel What tile and nice floors and walls? I thought I liked. I would say again. I just mention the drain and management.

A new hotel with a functional, open floor plan. Clean, nice view from big windows. Nice large tv.
