Pine Tree Inn

Was really impressed with the room, very nice and spacious.

This was the worse stay I've had at any hotel. The staff wasn't very friendly, when we needed something we never got it. We watched staff members doing illegal stuff. The room we were in wasn't very clean and some of the furniture was broken. to top that off there was a women there that allowed her child to stay in the lobby by himself while she stayed outside the who time. I wouldn't allow my children to go to that place let alone tell any of my friends or family about it. This was the worst hotel experience I've had ever. Definitely wouldn't recommend this place.

When I got to the hotel, there were 20+ people outside of the entrance smoking and drinking (including the front desk workers) I did not feel safe AT ALL so I left.. would not ever recommend this place.

Convenient location. 10 minutes away from where I needed to be. Front desk personnel are very accommodating. I heard reviews about pictures must have been outdated as the rooms looked nothing as advertised. I would disagree & think the room was very up to date. I loved the kitchenette! Only complaint would be that I didn't see a remote for the AC but I'm sure if I asked to adjust the temp it wouldn't have been a problem. There were plenty of signs requesting people to wear masks but I did not see one person wearing a mask including staff. That didn't bother me as my family & I still wore masks when we left our room & they did have plenty of hand sanitizers on multiple walls. I would definitely plan to return & recommend people to stay here!

NOT SAFE FROM COVID. There were decorations in a bunch of room windows and that was a clue to some long term “residents” at this hotel. At check in the receptionist was very kind, but was not wearing a mask. There were no signs on the doors indicating that anyone needed to, and sure enough, not another sole was wearing one. There was no hand sanitizer. The receptionist let us know the hotel upgraded us to a king suit for the same cost, so that’s nice- I think! She was having trouble with the computer and the virtual payments, etc, so she had to call a co worker. I’m fine with it and we wait patiently. (about 10 minutes) Eventually I end up interrupting to let he know that I booked on line, but haven’t paid yet ($85 w/tax) The living area was too warm, the bedroom was fine temp and there was no way to change the temps. The toilet was clean, but clearly hadn’t been used in weeks. The towel rack was broken off the wall and the parts were sitting on the sink. The towels were nicely packaged and clean. Walls needed a scrub. Shower and floors were clean. Everything free from bugs. Sheets and pillow cases really clean and smelled fine. Pillows were flat and lumpy. Bed was decent! Cabinets and handles were not wiped and dirty. AC above the bed leaked on us in bed all night!!! Never given Wifi password. Early 2020 there was a drug bust in the building. (google it) We won’t be staying again, there are better options in Bangor for the same $$.

Everything was good at a low price. The only issue I had was this "clicking noise" that sounded like it was coming from outside the door, that kept me awake while trying to sleep. For a low price, which people on a budget can afford, I got a nice, clean room with everything working. Staff did a good job. No reasonable complaints. Good motel for a low price.

Stay was great and staff are friendly and vary helpful. Rooms also have kitchenettes.

Never stayed at the place so after looking online decided to give it a try. The place is nothing like it looks online it is way more run down, the pics online id say are from when it first opened. When we arrived 3 employees were outside smoking so we had to wait to get checked in noone was ahead of us about 20 mins later we got our room key. There were doing some painting in the place so it did look somewhat ok inside but dirtt the hall way was nasty the laundry area had trash all on the floor. The room was clean but had what looked like cigarette burns on the rug with a bunch of black stuff besides that i will say the room was clean. After being there about 30 mins and looking around this place was definitely not a place to stay. I believe they have people living there monthly and to me as well as others it looked as if it was a housing for drug addicts most peope looked all messed up. I won't go into alot of detail but I'll put it this way I would not recommend this place, it is a bad environment. We ended up taking out loss on the money and left that dump and eented a different motel.

It's a beautiful place to stay. Nice staff, and nice surroundings.

Hidden fees, rude reception. Don't go!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
