CHILL Apartments

Nice stay, room was clean and comfortable. Kitchen has enough utensils and dishes. Chill offers food items for sale, I didn’t try any of them. Netflix only item offered on the tv, for me that was great. You can purchase breakfast in the morning, we left early to catch a train, didn’t get to attend. Hotel is centrally located and close to the train station.

A great apartment and fab location. I would recommend the apartments and would definitely use them again if I visited the city.Apartments are just further up the road from the National Museum. Apartment is modern and has everything you need for your stay, the mini bar and basic groceries available was valuable addition to the apartment. I was travelling with an 11month baby so it was great that they provided a travel cot and also a box of toys for our arrival. We arrived late at night an needed a late check in but I arranged this by email with the apartment staff and was given clear instructions , it was a straightforward process. Thank you One thing I would say is that the pillows on both beds were really awful and not adequate at all. They did affect my sleep.

Fantastic location. Clean apartment with all the kitchen amenities. Quiet. It has Netflix (no normal TV). It has free laundry and dryer (a plus). The bed is a bit too soft and the pillow was a bit uncomfortable for my taste. I wish the pillow was the normal size pillow.

Overall quality of the property is good. The overall management is good, bright. However, there's no room service daily, the receiption closed early and it's not 24 hours reception, but you still can whatsapp the owner for urgency.

Apartment doesn’t have 24 reception so need to make note of check in time. The place overall wasn’t overly clean. We moved the sofa a little and found dust piles, hair, a few peanuts and sultanas. Just in need of a good vacuum and clean. The curtains were very dusty and they are not full block out curtains so the sun comes through and wakes you up as soon as the sun comes up. Also the place is on a main road so all night you can’t sleep as there’s so many cars, trucks, motor bikes and sirens buzzing passed. Would not stay here next time

We came in when the cleaning lady was finishing our room. The bedsheets smelled dusty and the towels smelled moldy. I dropped my earplugs who rolled under the bed and it looks like it was full of dust. The maid put the garbage top inside the dishwasher. I saw her do laundry by putting all the clean towels on the floor before loading them into the dryer. If management made an effort to hire better maid service and upgrade the bedding and pillows, this place would be a 4 star experience. The apartment is spacious and well furnished. I loved the free coffee and free washer and dryer.

It was great, peaceful and secured, close to public transport, highly recommendable.

Pretty cool flat in Prague 2. Kept original details and added modern amenities. Very sound proof

Staffs are polite and helpful. Location is very good, Every room has a split AC. It is not a true two bedrooms but adding a bed in the living room. The 2nd bathroom has no shower. Minor issue like a leaking faucet was addressed to the property. Overall it is a nice stay.
