Troy, Jasmine, Linnet were all EXCELLENT staff.

Great hotel. Shower drain is always slow, no matter the room! Always end up with a small flood in the bathroom after a shower. Also, I booked a king sized bed and was given a room with a queen. Not sure why!

So convenient, this Spanish inspired luxury hotel is like our home away from home. Great rooftop patio, splendid views, and great room space! Very comfortable beds, beautiful furniture, and within a quick walk to great restaurants.

This place is amazing! They will help accommodate you with any need you have. We had to stay an extra night and although their hotel was full they reached out to others and ensured we had a comfortable clean safe place for us to lay our heads that night. I look forward to staying here again. The best customer service by far even over the 4 seasons. You have to stay here!

This is a great small boutique style hotel. Extremely clean, with a spacious comfortable room and trendy bathroom/shower.... although our bed was sagging on one side. The terrace and inside mtg area on the top floor was awesome and location within walking distance to UCLA and its surrounding area. While the neighborhood seemed safe, the only concern we had was the parking garage elevator had open access to each hotel floor. A key or code should be required to reach those floors around the clock.
