Friendly staff. Speedy (early) check in. Beautiful property. Quiet--a cozy retreat in the midst of a busy city. Elegant and classy decor and appointments. Our stay was brief--would really have liked to stay longer. Would definitely return to this hotel.

Wonderful hotel! Great service

I stayed there with my dogs, they accomodated them as well with dog beds and bowls. Bed was comfortable and whole interior was very nice, staff was very helpfull and nice.I would just like that selection for breakfast was a bit wider or more special in a way.

Great hotel!! Comfy beds, smart interiors. Most importantly a reasonable price, which can be a nightmare to find in Frankfurt! Very central and a good base to get around the city. New favourite hotel and will definitely stay here on my next business trip.

A great hotel with very friendly reception staff. The rooms are very modern and clean. Shower is excellent and underfloor bathroom heating is amazing. This hotel is excellent but i only have 4 minor feedback items to help them improve further: 1. Have a breakfast promotion like 4 nights at 15 euros per night as 26euros is just too expensive 2. Change the irons in the rooms. The irons you have now are terrible. 3. Leave some space in the fridge for a customer to have their own water rather than you filling it with over priced items 4. 2 or 3 more coat hangers would be great Minor points about which will help this hotel improve further

Fantastic hotel right in the centre of Frankfurt. Just 10minutes by taxi to the Messe as well. Beautiful rooms, amazing restaurant and classy cocktail bar. Could not recommend further

I understand the hotel is new. Everything was very fresh and nice. Comfortable rooms, good food in the restaurant and kind staff. A few things would make the stay a bit nicer - there are a lot of stairs in the entrance, would be great if there was assistance to carry your luggage up the stairs. The restaurant staff was fabulous! The morning and night.. However, the night time hostess provided us with complete incorrect information - turned us away from the restaurant, said no food in the bar and we could order room service. Turns out - there was room in the restaurant, food in the bar and no room service. Would be nice if she was better informed and had a nicer approach to speaking with guests. She was borderline rude. The relax room was nice, the gym was a bit under stocked - would be nice with a few more weights and mats - but it is beautiful.
