Apartments & Rooms Mareta Exclusive

Very nice property that is centrally located in the city. Plenty of restaurants, shopping and sightseeing within minutes. Had no problem checking in, the owners son met me right away (they do ask for a message 30 mins prior to arrival, and he was there to meet me right when I arrived) Would highly recommend staying at this property to anyone looking to visit Zadar!

The property has great design, AC, and though it has no elevator it is very centric...perfect location. I have to mention that I ha a problem late at night with the neighbors (also renting from the same owners) and the owners took care of the problem that same night. I am very gratefull for their understandng and I would have expected an answer the net morning...and no...they did it all that same night. Great hosts.

The apartment we had was in a great location in between the cathedral and main square. It was not quite big enough for our family of four (2 adults plus 2 teenage girls) and there were a few quite a few stairs. Helpful host, who was happy accommodate our late arrival and gave good local recommendations.

Nice property with all functional elements covered. Staff very helpful with early check-in. Apartment is smaller than it seems in pictures and up 4 flights of stairs so not for people with physical difficulties. Location is great, very central!

The apartment is very well maintained. The owner's son met us to show the place. It is a beautiful apartment, complete with amenities, even kitchen stuff. We were amazed that they provided olive oil and other condiments for guests who like to cook. Kitchen is complete with cookware, ceramic ware, etc. It also has a coffee machine.

When we booked this room we made a mistake and gave the wrong date. Because we had prepaid that t was lost money. However when we talked to the owner he said he would honor our reservation. Even without them doing that it was a great value. Parking is a bit of a problem but it is that way with almost in lodging in that area.

Zadar was a very nice place made better by the excellent accomodation at Mareta Apts. This remodelled apt. Is just fantastic and very well located. If you are visiting Zadar you will not find a better place to stay.

Very nice room in a perfect location! Most comfortable bed of our entire European trip! The only other thing I would note is that the bathroom lacks privacy as it is a glass door.
