The staff was wonderful! In the more business area of town so not to crazy at night but still a lot of close restaurants nearby.

Cool hotel with great facilities but a bit far out of main sites of Osaka

The Mocy Osaka was a great experience overall. It has somewhat of a boutique feel, the rooms are spacious, and the property is very clean. Although the location is an 8-10min walk to a metro station, we found the location perfect due to the great little restaurants in the area. We would book this place again for sure!

A great hotel with all the facilities needed! Location is great with some great food/restaurants nearby, and in walking distance to the cool areas (Shin Sai Bashi suji). The hotel itself is clean, a coin laundry/dryer room, and great bathroom with everything you need at your disposal. Would happily book here again next time in Osaka!

Industrial style does not mean there should be so many dust everywhere. I feel like I was literally in a factory space or something cus the bedside table area and the kettle on the sink were covered by dust. The overall design is good though, I did not expect a room with that price could have sufficient space like this, the idea of hanging table and chairs on the wall is really brilliant.

The hotel is very contemporary. The room was great - comfortable, clean and spacious. I especially loved having a gym at the hotel. The service in general was was more comparable to a hostel, rather than a hotel, with great emphasis on self service. The breakfast was terrible, very limited vegetarian choices. Food wasn’t labelled, so often it was hard to know what it contained. I’ve accidentally bit into a fish, which looked like hash browns. For some inexplicable reason, the scrambled eggs were stone cold each of the four mornings I had breakfast. The dinner menus had literary no vegetarian meal options. Very poor for an multinational brand serving an international clientele. Since the hotel lacks a dining room as such, and meals are served all around the lobby area, it can be quite chaotic during busy morning checkout / breakfast time.

Funky hotel. Large room and bathroom compared to other Japanese hotels. Modern.
