Short staycation with my family, room a bit small but overall is fine. Location is good, we walked around Bugis area & orchard road.
It was great and the room was cozy, just that i expected something slightly bigger because the photos were that well-taken. Would have loved to have a fridge. There was no room service but i could order from the bar on the first floor and pick it up, which was good enough.
Overall the room is good and comfortable, it took me around 15 mins for the check in process.

The hotel is located just opposite of fortune centre and really convenient to get affordable food nearby. The room was pretty cozy so if you would want a slight bigger space and bed maybe you can opt for the king bed room. If you like fancy food with affordable price they have ginette restaurant and 25 degrees at the ground floor. Recommend getting lunch or dinner set
It was a good room
I have been to many hotels, this was my first time experiencing a long wait time for checking in. I waited about an hour before its my turn to check in. The check in time was 3pm, but I ended up checking in at about 4pm. The staff did not extend a late check-out offer to me, but gave another guests the late check out benefits because that guest complained about the long wait time. I guessed because I did not complain, hence the staff did not bother. Anyway, the hotel staff need to review their check in system to avoid such unpleasant situations again. However, it was evident that the staff at the front desk were trying hard to manage the situation on that day.
The very first disappointment was during the check-in. The manager was not able register me during the scanning process with my ID and he was asking me if i have other ID with scanning barcode (which he was able to manually do so). Why ask when he could in the first place (service loop hole/ unsure of system - which he checked with his staff next to him). The check-in counter was so crampy with 3 counters servicing (there were Q - people were standing so close). Secondly eventhough there were slippers provided, but the floor seems so dusty (not mopped for quite some time - thought hygiene was the paramount during this period? There were no fridge (my cold drinks turned room temperature after few hours), which was so frustrating my yogurt drinks turned unchilled. The poisition of the bed was a big taboo!! It is facing the door! I got big headache during the stay i gotta buy pain killer - felt so uneasy during the stay inhave to orientate myself to sleep facing the TV - the design was not properly done, how would u place the bed in a way facing toilet bowl and door direction (although half was cover with glass)?! Lastly, the sound proving was not very well done. Even people closing doors along the corridor can be heard so clearly, music from next door can be heard!! Not recommended for light sleepers or couple.
