Good hotel for the cost. Walls a little thin could hear next-door room’s alarm go off in the morning but otherwise quiet and comfortable enough. Everything was clean. Would stay again.
The first night we were there, we were woken up around 10:30-11:00pm by the front desk clerk. She told us that something was wrong and our card hadn’t been charged for the night. My husband went down there and was charged AGAIN for the night. He came back up and told me. I went down there, as we had paid for 2 night via Hotels.com. I pulled up my my hotels.com confirmation AND my bank statement to show where I had paid. She continued to have issues. Her coworker finally came in and fixed it. Apparently, she confused us with someone else. We still haven’t been refunded. The remote didn’t work, there was some corrosion on the batteries. My husband went down to the front desk and the woman was very rude, but did replace the remote. The 2nd night, there was so much noise up and down the hallway, we ended up leaving at 3am. Room was overall clean, as was the property. The south side entrance did not secure (lock) and anyone could just go in and out. That seemed like a big safety/security issue.
They took my payment for 2 nights and when I got there they told me I didn’t gave no reservation and that my card got declined even though they had already took the money out of my card
They are fraud poor customer service all I can say is that to not go here and please just take care of your money they will charge you like twice.
Hotel and the property is really clean. Close to the expressway. It was some loud and bad children that made the stay uncomfortable.
Their experience was awful on top of that they had bed bugs which bit me and my back my family up we could not even sleep in the room we have to sleep in my car the lady tried not to even give us back our money
They're charged my card $20 in case I smoke in the room. We don't smoke and they keep the $20. What's wrong here with motel's taking the card from customers and want to charge whatever they want?
Some of the clean towels we received had a brown stain on them and minuscule hairs could be found on the pillows. No pillow cases. Walls were paper thin. Beds were comfortable and the room had a nice modern design to it. Staff was friendly, check in and check out super smooth. Vending machines in the lobby well stocked. Overall ok for a last minute booking on a super busy weekend.
The room was never serviced and they did not advise at check in that they would not service it. We had to constantly ask for towels and half the time no one at the front desk
Beds were really uncomfortable. Smoke detector was beeping in room upon arrival. We had to wait an hour or fix it ourselves.
