A very nice hotel, well presented, quiet and comfortable. Staff were very good, although a couple of issues with lack of information (not advised that no housekeeping was being done during stay due to Covid) and booking system error (initially provided a twin rather than double due to non information from hotels.com - although had booked a double specifically). Were not offered any gold upgrades as advertised and not commented to us as to why. Not a major issue although would have been nice to have had it recognised by staff. Overall, very nice and would recommend

The hotel was beautiful, the rooms were elegant and just the right size. Natalie and Sofia were awesome, very friendly and professional! The other staff members were great also! The hotel’s location was great!

The pool and gym in this beautiful hotel are awesome. Staff were exceptionally helpful and the beds were divine! Also enjoyed my dinner very much. Quite simply a wonderful place to stay.

Great room in a great location....close to restaurants and bars for the evening and in the morning there is a perfect little breakfast spot right next door!!

This is a lovely modern hotel in a very hostoric building with super friendly staff. The rooms are very comfortable though a little small - our executive room was only the size you'd expect for a standard given the price. The breakfast bar was great and really catered for all tastes. It is served downstairs in the bar/conservatory which is a lovely light and airy space with outside seating in the summer. It's also nice for a drink in the evening. The spa, indoor pool and gym are a great bonus to this lovely hotel. The pool although narrow is long enough to actually get some exercise . Towels and robes are also provided down there. The whole area is very tranquil and with a 12 noon checkout you can actually take advantage of it before leaving. Location-wise the hotel is excellent as it is in a very quiet neighbourhood but it is still waklable to decent places to eat/ drink and you can get the trams up to the Museum district if needed (we actually walked but it is about 45 minutes walk). The only thing I would put as a negative to the hotel is the cream carpest in the rooms are not kept clean at all so they really let the room down. Aside from that , I would highly recommend it.
