Hotel Indigo The Hague - Palace Noordeinde

Poor Quality Dirty sheets were not changed. The toilet bin was not emptied. The Fire Alarm went off twice before dawn. No messages from Hotel to say what was going on or if all was safe and Reception could not be contacted. The glass shower door was loose, off its hinges and dangerous.

This was our second time staying at the hotel Indigo but this time we had bad experience. Our room smells like Chinese food and we complained twice but without any solution. Also, one night we requested a tissue box and called the front disk again after a while to check and told us it is not available. We liked the theme of the hotel especially the breakfast place.

Smart, quite new hotel in smart, central location, by Noordeinde palace. Very small room (just wider than bed), ok for solo visit, would be a tight squeeze for two! Stylish design, coffee machine and fridge in a “safe” (building used to be a bank, bar is in basement vault).

Excellent service in an unique hotel. The staff were genuine, friendly and professional. However, The only issue was finding the staircase. That could be indicated better. After a delightful stay, we will be back!

This is a beautiful, calm, welcoming hotel. It is lovely and unique inside with many of the historic bank architectural features preserved and showcased. It is perfectly located for seeing all of Den Haag as well as using it as using it for a jumping off point for day tripping throughout the area. The staff were wonderful, both at the front desk as well as in the restaurant and bar area. Breakfast is hearty, lots of variety and options for all tastes.

This hotel was once a bank and the hotel has saved or incorporated bank features into the hotel design. It is wonderful. The safes in each room, the original marble and woodwork are beautiful. The staff were so friendly as well. All around a fantastic experience. to top it off the location was perfect for walking around The Hague. I'd recommend this hotel to anyone looking for atmosphere and location.

Interesting space in great neighborhood. The friendly front desk assigned me to a strange room off the first floor dining room - a small entry room with bath, desk, open closet, and a second floor loft for sleeping. Odd configuration. But when the delivery truck pulled up literally outside my window, I decided to request a room change. They responded quickly and moved me to a "normal" room on the second floor. I had good room and meal service experience. A billing discrepancy on checkout was resolved smoothly.

location is the KING(actually just beside the king's palace), love it all!
