Aparthotel Best Views Luxury

Everything was great!!! The only thing missing was the Coffee machine with capsules in a penthouse apartment.

Location is great, service is amazing, you can ask anything to the team. After for the appartments under the roof: they're spacious, the wifi is working just enough, there's dishwasher but no washing machine. Bed is comfortable but not the blanket. For all the rest everything can be nice looking but it's not made for durability, mostly to: Open and close the store on windows, The water that goes all over the floor after 2min of half pression shower, many furniture that looks fragile. If they're is special offers it worth it for few days but not for a long stay. Short stay: it's ok Long stay: maybe try a superior room

Great place to stay. Apartments are brilliant, clean, comfortable and in a great location for visiting Krakow.

We couldn’t wait to spend a night at a nice hotel, nice bed and hot shower after spending 4 nights at a cabin in the middle of nowhere with 3 young kids. Unfortunately, even though there was a double bed for our kids,our bed was nothing but a mattress on the floor. We did complain about it but they only offered to give us the parking space for one day with no charge. The receptionist was very sweet but I would not recommend this hotel again. Breakfast is not included nor the parking space. Also the distance to the main square is 20 minutes.

Nice location and rooms are very interesting layouts. Awesome staff! Just wish they would mop the floors in the rooms.

Very nice and clean apartments, they do take a deposit (expensive) for any damages though so beware. Service is very good and great location. Bus from airport about 25 mins then about a 2 min walk to the hotel.

I love new hotels and this is one but really more a suite hotel. Great location, good quality facilities and nice staff. I think the cleaning staff have some limited arrangement with the hotel though because they would not clean my dusty floor without an additional payment.

Lovely apartment at the top of the building. Quiet and private. Recommended

We had Deluxe Apartment, 2 Bedrooms (Modern) which had an amazing view of the castle and the river for the price we paid. The Apartment was clean and bright and we enjoyed it very much. One morning we had breakfast in the restaurant downstairs as we were in a rush but I personally would not do so again as it was minimal in comparison to expectations. But when you have the facilities that the apartment has I should have not been so lazy and cooked breakfast myself. All in all it was a most pleasant stay and if we returned to Krakow I would definitely stay in the same apartment.
