Comfy and clean bed and room was clearly sanitized between visitors. Pleasant staff, and Uber eats was easily navigated.

It was nice. Very small. But good for a two night stay. Wish they had a fridge in the room. But they offered ice if needed. Uses SpotHero to park nearby. Amazing location. Everything is walking distance.

It is a very clean place and looks nice but being a Hilton at least they could give a complimentary cup of coffee but they didn't. There are plenty of restaurants to pick from some are open for done in and the area is considered Chinatown and was safe that I thought

The service when we arrived was terrible. She was talking to somebody when we first arrived and eventually walked over. When she did, she was very sarcastic followed by an attitude like we weren’t quick enough with responding to her questions or inserting our card. Seemed like she was being interrupted with what she pleas previously doing. If I didn’t need to stay here that night and didn’t have a long drive ahead of me the next morning I more then likely would have left to go to another location.

The stay was great! I loved my experience at the motto, the comfort was okay but the rooms are so small. I ended up realizing I was claustrophobic which I learned taking my mini vacay there. The area is amazing but be careful because some areas can be sketchy. It’s a lot of great restaurants and museums in the area especially the capital one arena. But the hotel took care of me and I loved their gym. But this is going to be my place to stay every time I come out here in DC. Would definitely do it again, but I need a larger room next time. The staff and front desk was helpful too!

I liked how the hotel was nestled right in the heart of chinatown it was also in excellent walking distance to the mall and the washington monument there was also the metro rail just right across the street which provides another means to get around if you didn't want to use a taxicab the small room feature made the experience feel really personally and that they wanted to make you feel as at home as possible

It’s small but it’s comfortable. The beds suck you in and the staff were nice. I would definitely book again

The rooms are very small but super clean and efficient. Perfect for my needs. I also like that you can open the window a bit. Obviously things a bit crazy with COVID concerns, but they are handling it really well I think.
