Medano Hotel and Suites

This hotel is quite nice for it's price point. Room was in great shape. Bef was very comfortable and staff was great! Eager to please. I would totally stay here again.

The staff was amazing and very accommodating, especially Matias he handled everything for us. You name it Matias arranged for transportation advised on great places to eat and was willing to go above and beyond. Can't wait to go back!!

The prices, the friendly and helpful staff members, and just the hotel itself was beautiful. We enjoyed our stay there.

The hair dryer was cheap and there was no hot tub. Other than that, it was great.

The property was located within walking distance from beach, mall, downtown which made it very convenient. The property itself was clean and well maintained. Our bed was a little on the stiff side, but we managed. Our biggest dislike is how pushy the gals at the invitation desk were. I know it's a kind of sales pitch for "timeshare" which we specifically stated to her that did not want to be a part of. She pushed too hard for us to try their other property on the beach to go to a presentation. After 20 minutes of pursuasion we just stood up and left. We are there to enjoy the 5 days we are there, not to be a part of a presentation.

nice pool, and pool area. great staff. Use of the Cachet beach facility was excellent. Beds were so hard that it was hard to sleep well, Shower had water saving heads but come on the water barely came out fast enough to wash the soap off. There was such load traffic and right next to a fire and ambulance station sirens going off constantly.Gym was ill equipped.

The Medano is wonderfully located in a central location within walking distance of everywhere we wanted to go. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Plus having access to the sister location private beach access is a huge addition.

This property is clean, confortable and the cleaning staff and front staff were amazing and friendly. The property is well located, we felt safe, but the conceriege staff were a bit too pesky and tried to time pirate us every time we walked through the lobby. There is a lot of noise from the neighbouring bar/coffee shops (big speakers) and also traffic, but it was quiet at night. We really like the hammock on the deck. We rented a kitchenette suite for 4 nights which we ended up utilizing because we had to cook food and could not afford to go out for dinner because we got rolled for 500 USD our first night from the local police. The local police are corrupt - good luck and always carry cash if you go to cabo....
