Come to Sevilla - La Casa de las Especias

Great place! Very helpful tips, great stay in Sevilla.

The room was clean and perfect for the two days we stay in Sevilla, 7 min walking from Cathedral, the staff was nice and talk with us to check the hour we arrive. No elevator and we stay at the third floor but the stairs are safe. There is no office but they have a room to let the baggage until the hour of check in. We recommend this place for sure.

We liked the location, cleanliness, especially the coziness.

Everything was excellent. Check in was smooth, they even provided a nice map which was very detailed from places to eat, grab drinks, dining with a view etc. The room itself was adorable. Very clean and spacious for two. I do like that they use a keypad for entry instead of an actual key. Makes everything convenient. The location was good, everything is walkable in Seville. The nights were a little noisy because there is a restaurant in the shared alley. But it’s not too bad. There is no elevator, and the staircase is a bit cramped. So if you have multiple luggage’s you might have to make a couple trips.

The location of the property is excellent, however, you have to carry up the bags through narrow hallways. The flat is small but clean.

Amazing, not nearly long enough, but on tight schedule.

The apartment was at a great location - right in the centre of town. We had an excellent stay in Seville. Thank you to all the staff at the Casa as they were all so lovely and helpful.

The studio is clean and modern and conveniently located in the city centre, just a short walk from many of Seville’s attractions. The host greeted us on arrival and gave us a list of recommendations for the city which was handy. Unfortunately because it’s a historical building there aren’t any lifts - which if you’re travelling light isn’t an issue, but might be something to consider before booking.
