Arc Arenales Studios & Suites

The rooms were clean, security was good. I paid for a king bed suite and only got a queen. The rooms were noisie, you can hear apartment above you, next to you and people in the halls. The balcony was nice but noise from the supermarket and air conditioners made it unpleasant to have conversations out there.

We really enjoyed the independent stay, having a small kitchen was great as we were able to make our own breakfast, the apartment was very comfortable. We had apt #2L with a small balcony. There was a 24hour reception/security always in attendance. It’s a clean modern space. I would stay here again, definitely! Diago was very helpful with any questions we had.

It was as expected. Clean, not-a-hotel-like. But serves the purpose. Very clean, great neighborhood. Overall, a great option if you're on a budget. definitely recommend.

Everything was clean and looked brand new! The only thing we had a problem with was the door... sometimes our key would work and sometimes it wouldn’t. But other than that we loved staying here!

We had an amazing time at Arc. Everyone is super relaxed, the property itself is really clean and well maintained. The security guards, who are there 24/7, are very friendly and patient with our limited Spanish. The receptionists for Arc hotels also spoke very good English so that was easy enough. The room is massive and it's really useful having a microwave/grill. The area is really nice and felt safe even after dusk (there is a Patigonia pub opposite which has excellent beer), there are also plenty of taxis on the street outside. The gym was also good, the only downsides for the place was the walls are super thin which was ok for us because it wasn't that busy but might be worse in peak season, and the pool wasn't clean (it had various bugs living in it and lots of dead things which we tried to get out ourselves but gave up). Probably because it's the wrong season, I'm sure it's clean in summer.

Very comfortable, clean and modern Apartment. The location is also convenient.
