The front desk people were so sweet, particularly a young lady name, Ashley. She was very accommodating.

Front desk help was very officious and regimented.

Fairly new, clean. Nice location. Staff was super friendly. We would definitely stay here again.

It’s a good place with to hangout

At check in the young lady was very distracted but nice enough. The room was ok but the air conditioning unit and the tub had mold. The carpet felt damp and did not look very clean. The walls were thin and we had to listen other peoples sexual activities for the 2 nights we stayed. House keeping woke us the first morning at 9am to clean but we weren't due to check out until the next day. My husband and i shared a dry towel as the other 2 looked to already been used.

We've stayed at this hotel last year and the upper floor rooms are good, and the front desk staff is always courteous. Breakfast bar was good. This time we stayed in an accessible room on the first floor next to the gym. The gym was not in use due to restrictions which made it quiet on one side of the room, but the next door neighbor had tv and talked loudly until past 3 a.m. which was bad since walls were thin and kept us up. The room was clean and comfortable but echo-ey with the vaulted ceilings on the first floor. The new front desk girl gave my wife a hard time asking for id's when our keys would not open the sliding doors at the front at all, and one key would not open our room, when she was the one who had just given us the keys not more than an hour prior. We expect more from a $125 a night hotel. If I wanted lower end I would have gone next door to your competitor's hotel.

We were over charged when we were there and had an unexpected $100 pet deposit on top of the extra pet charge per night but after I spoke with the supervisor and gave him extensive information regarding the charges, everything was refunded and the deposit was returned. Staff was excellent and hotel was very clean especially during this time of pandemic.

Friendly, professional staff. Clean rooms. Nice decor. Breakfast served. Snacks available for purchase. Nice gym. I liked my stay at this hotel and will be returning in the future.

I love it comfortable

The pros far outweigh the cons of this hotel. Pros: Friendly staff, covid clean, location, plenty of parking, good sized rooms, price. Cons: As others said, the walls are too thin. Thats a big deterrent for me but when you only spend 90-100$ you get what you get. Overall it was decent. If I was in the area again I'd give it another shot.
