Great leisure break, countryside, golf, spa, pool, gym...and loads of great country pubs close by. Great big beds & showers to unwind in

Facilities were excellent. Gym was the best ive used. Pool great. Views of the park were great. Covid precautions were very good also. It could have done with a lounge area and somewhere cosy and quiet to work from. Breakfast was mediocre verging on poor. Almost cold and small.

Considering all restrictions in place the stay was very goid. Hotel are managing safety and cleanliness well. Looking forward to going back when no restrictions in place so can enjoy to full potential

Me and my young family stayed for 4 nights. Facilities are very good but the service let it down. No cereal/fruit/yogurt for breakfast (not good as we have young kids). No fridge in the room either. Charged full price for breakfast package, even though very limited and cheaper to pay for what you eat. Rooms not cleaned everyday. We understand due to Covid-19 but we are not informed and have to find out ourselves. They even still leave the door sign to make up the room, surely you should get rid of them. We weren’t given enough towels or toilet roll for the number of guests and when we asked the reception never had any spares. Towels not given for the swimming pool and so we have to take from the room (smells of chlorine) Staff could have been more helpful. Advertise good for families, we do not agree. Left disappointed. Facilities are generally excellent and so a shame the service was not up to standard

Only thing that let’s hotel down is lack of tv channels in room

Friendly staff on hand to help with hotel facilities. Pool and Spa were a tonic after walking around Warwick castle. The food in the Restaurant was lovely and a fab end to a busy day

Had to wait until room was ready, we were unable check in at 3pm due to this. A lot of waiting, not nice when travelled a distant. Payment made but female staff stated following morning usually pending until you check out, not made clear when checking in.

The rooms were a good size, with very nice bathrooms. Every member of staff we spoke to was very helpful and friendly

Ended up staying another night due to Storm Ciara. Reception enabled me to stay in the same room. When my car battery died on departure Greg very kindly gave me a jump start. Thank you.
