Good location, clean beautiful rooms, very friendly and helpful staff, they every day clean rooms and its perfect, good breakfast, the only problem was air conditioner which was off though rooms were cold and I got sick ☹️

Property and staff was amazing. Minor issue with the HVAC system, the heat would not turn on and the room was a bit cold at night. Overall very happy with this hotel.

My travel companion became ill while on our trip. The front desk staff (three amazing women) couldn’t have been nicer or more helpful! They contacted the hospital for us and translated between my friend and the doctor whose English was very limited. They made our stay so pleasant. The hotel itself is in excellent condition. The beds are very comfortable and linens are very high end. The breakfast buffet is one of the best I’ve ever seen. It contains eggs prepared in three different ways, cereals, cheeses, other hot breakfast dishes, nuts, dried fruit, fresh vegetables, fresh fruit, yogurt, pastries and more. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would return here if returned to Yeravan.

The is the third time I have been staying here and staff are very good so are the rooms. Prices for the food is a little high but quality is excellent.

Terrible hotel, dirty and low quality amenities for a high price. The management is terrible and greedy. You can get a much better place for the same price Save your money and Stay away from this hotel .

This modern hotel is located across from the Sunday market, Freedom Square and the park. You are welcomed with a very accommodating, friendly staff both at the reception desk and in the breakfast room. My one and only complaint is an easy fix - they need to replace the light bulbs in the modernize bathroom. It is so dark in there that you can't see to put on makeup or even do your hair. Otherwise, a great hotel.

I loved everything about this hotel. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet was excellent with lots of different choices every morning. Grisha and Vartan provided excellent services at breakfast. Very friendly and an absolute pleasure to talk to. They made our morning. Maids were just a pleasure and always ready to bring everything we needed (iron, ironing boards, fresh robes, etc.) Room was always clean with fresh towels every day. Front desk was extremely helpful with easy check in and check out. They made a few recommendations for restaurants with entertainment and they were excellent. We absolutely enjoyed every aspect of this hotel. We used their massage services and Swedish hot stone massages were great. Also pool, sauna and hot tub were great, we absolutely enjoyed it on the last day of our stay. It was very relaxing. Location is great with lots of shops around us (SAS supermarket is just a walking distance away with pharmacy and money exchange in it / good rates). Also shopping mall Rossia with a weekend indoor market built in on one side. Vernisage open air souvenir market across the street, walking distance to Republic Square. We couldn't have wished for a better location. Taxi rides anywhere in the city is only 1 AMD (Armenian Dram) = $2, making it extremely affordable to get anywhere in a matter of minutes and not having to rely on public transport. All restaurants that we tried in the city were excellent. Excellent vacation all around.
