Overnight stay while traveling in Provence. Welcoming. Good size room for three with one bed on a mezzanine floor. Outdoor pool in which to cool off. The town is gorgeous. Didn't have breakfast in the hotel at 12€ each. You will be given a voucher for the public car park opposite.

Superb place to stay in Rousillon. You can walk to the restaurant district of Rousillon in about five minutes. Superb staff, superb breakfast, comfortable beds, and awesome showers - this place has it all, and is in a great location to explore Provence if you're driving yourself. Highly recommended.

Our room was on the 3rd floor, effectively in the eaves, with a small enclosed balcony, The stairs were narrow and steep, with no lift option. My husband had to duck his head to pass through the door to the balcony and bathroom and there was not enough height in the bathroom even for me to stand up for a shower. The room was south facing, so very warm when we arrived and the aircon did not work.

We stayed one night there on the way to the town of Gordes. The hotel is located at the edge of the town and the rooms are more spacious compared to other hotels' in France. We checked out with cash before we left and two weeks later after when I got my credit card bill, I found out that they also charged my credit card. I did send Emails and leave message on their website and never heard from them. It is so clear that they did charge twice with receipt and my credit statement, however, the lady just denied it and hung up rudely. I even asked hotels.com to contact them and did not get any result either. Most people there are tourists or even foreigners, which gives hotels like this one has chance to make money easily. shame on you!!!

The property was comfortable, well situated and clean, however the person that checked us in played to the very worst of French stereotypes. He was condensing and dismissive. He was exceedingly off putting and we had to make a concerted effort to put the engagement with him behind us so that it didn't color our entire time in Roussillon.

They're jerks They checked our room for missing towels including our luggage when we weren't there. There were none missing. They kept bothering me during a vacation to get my reservation straight with Hotels.com; Hotels.com said they were wrong, and in any event should have been contacting them and not us(it was a lady named Dominique--watch her--shes very unpleasant and nasty) The owner, I believe was also nasty. The rooms all have a steep set of stairs with no elevator and no porters Very tough. The room had bed bugs and mosquitos. They would do nothing. The breakfast is skimpy and overpriced, youre better off eating at one of the nearby cafes.

Mixed reviews on the hotel. Location is right in Roussillon adjacent to the car park and 10 min walk to center of town. The hotel is clean, modern with cintemporary paintings in rhe lobby. I felt the front desk could have been more helpful and informative upon check in. I was not given a map of the town or offered the Wifi code--I had to ask for both.( Note Wifi does NOT work in the rooms, only on the lobby. I know thatbthis is spelled out in the description of the hotel however I felt this is an inconvenience.) Also upon entry into my riom I discovered the tv did not work. When I mentionned this to the front desk it was obvious that they knew about the problem as I was told that this room's cable line had not been working since last week! I felt that the staff should have informed me of this, offered me another room, or comped me breakfast--which they were charging $13 for. When I mentionned the next morning that I was disappointed that the tv did not work, I was offended by the cold, uncaring manner of the front desk mgr who commented he "was disappointed too, but I had not come here to watch tv did I?" I replied no, but I do like to listen to the news in the morning. He then remarked if I wanted to hear the news now.
