Secrets Cap Cana Resort & Spa

Great poolside service, the seaside grill and service were good for lunch. Overall did not like the food, very salty and made me bloated the entire trip. The alcohol is also watered down, takes 20 drinks to catch a buzz. The resort is beautiful the entertainment shows at night are really good.

Besides the great room, wonderful food options, and nonstop daily activities, the staff at this Secrets resort is what set them apart from everyone else. Diva, from the entertainment team, was amazing and made it her concern to ensure we had everything we needed in order to have a great time. Luis Alberto, the bartender, hands down the best bartender in all of the resort; drinks were fabulous and his joyous persona caused us to sit at the bar for much longer than we expected. Highly recommended and we will definitely be coming back.

The resort and staff are great !!very clean and pleasant environment.people are very friendly here ,speak couple words in Russian and always bring you whatever you need .the food is high quality and also cooked very good we tried almost all restaurants and all of them are great .be careful with wines since they are not all included and they cost like 700$.the drinks are better quality in the patio area but near the pool and on the beach there are good as well .will definitely recommend to everyone this facility .the spa is great as well ,kinda overpriced but the girls there know their job !

Considering they are still under COVID restrictions the staff did an amazing job! Had a great time there, and taught my fav bartender Ariel how to make an Irish Apple. IF you go ask him for one - he's poolside!

The hotel was everything and more. The staff is impeccable. The beach staff was the best Abraham, Jenilza, and Madelyn were the best.

El resort es una excelente opción para viajar a punta cana ,está en un área exclusiva con mucha seguridad,la atención de sus empleados es de primera ,eduard,Richard,dania,santa, en fin todos son excelentes y saben hacer de tus vacaciones algo inolvidable,solo unos tips para mejorar porque somos los huéspedes los que hacemos crecer los negocios y uno es que si es un all incluido en todos los servicios como es posible que exista un cargo de 45 dólares por persona para cenar un plato de langosta o surf and turf,no es el hecho del fee pues nosotros mismos dimos muchísimo más que eso en propinas a los trabajadores porque realmente se lo merecen por la atención que te brindan pero esto de cobrar un cargo por algo que debería estar incluido no me pareció bien ,lo otro poner un buen Sports bar donde podamos ver pantallas de televisión y deportes al mismo tiempo y así poder pasar un rato agradable ,existe uno en el lobby pero nada que ver con lo que es un verdadero sport bar que con la calidad que tiene este hotel deberían de tenerlo ,creo que por lo demás no hay nada que hacer , el resort se merece las 5 estrellas,espero que en mi próxima visita todo sea mucho mejor pero anyway no las pasamos de lo mejor,todos los restaurantes tienen platos muy ricos y variados,así que no pierdan la oportunidad de viajar a Cap cana que no se van a arrepentir.
