Holiday Inn Express & Suites Nassau

Location is very central and convenient and we had ocean view from our room. Breakfast was good also. All the employees were very caring. I would definitely stay at this hotel again if I go to Bahamas.

Ive been a rewards member for a long time. Regardless of location I have never had an issue. The dollar difference on Sat was a bit alarming but I get it. Thanks again

The breakfast is great. The street noise is horrific. When I booked this property the amenities listed hotel shuttle to airport upon request. When I called, the desk clerk said they did not have a shuttle and to take a cab. A cab in Nassau is 36.00. They do not have Ubers. Also, expect to be out of the hotel at 11a and not noon.

We liked the friendly staff at the front desk. They were very helpful. The breakfast was good, but a happy hour at the bar would have been nice too. There was not much selection at the bar, especially of wine.

This hotel is good for families. It’s clean, comfortable, reasonably priced, and includes extensive breakfast options. The staff are very helpful and kind. During day, the West Bay St area was safe. After 6PM not much is going on and you may prefer to stay inside for the night. The lively beach area across the street gets crowded with people from cruise ships betweeen 11am and 4pm. The water is warm, sparkly, and clean.

Relatively good location in that it was within walking distance of town centre. Poor facilities, cockroaches in dining area

The room had a very nice view of the bay, and it was walking distance from the touristic area of the island.

Check in(which is at 3pm) took almost 30 minutes, if you want to rest when you reach the island choose another hotel with earlier check in......BUT Good location if you want to take a stroll to near by stores and attractions....we walked to the carnival nearby and downtown, only issue was with check in

Let me tell you this hotel shouldn't be working. The service is terrible, the room was not ready, the reception does not have a bathroom, My room phone never work and even though I asked 4 times to fix it never worked, The cleanliness of the room is disastrous, they never cleaned the bathroom while I was staying. I had to leave the room a day before because I could not support that very terrible service, I am requesting to reimburse me one night that I did not stay and the damage that they caused me every day for not having phone that worked in my room
