Holiday Inn Express Queensbury - Lake George Area

Area was amazing

The staff were friendly and helpful. They were careful about safety precautions. The method of delivering the free breakfast (order the night before, pickup at a designated time) worked well.

Hotel was extremely clean from lobby to rooms. The only negative was the bed mattress is way too soft, but other than that I would definitely stay there again. Dylan at the front desk was very professional, helpful & an assett to Holiday Inn.

The sheets were full of crumbs upon arrival. That was totally unacceptable, due to the fact that there were cards in the room assuring sanitation. I was highly dissatisfied. This is the reasons l don't book in Motels. I need the comfortability of a Hotel. I don't mind spending the money, but this wzs highly disappointing

I requested for extra blanket on two times. They said that they didn't have. Unreal and unheard of.

This motel is accessible to many Adirondack locations including Lake George and Champlain. In addition, hiking trails and historical forts are all within 15- 30 travel time. The breakfast staff are very accommodating and try their utmost to assist you in your selection of breakfast food. A minor detractor for this motel, the sound proofing between the floor above you and adjacent to your room is very 'thin' which allows sound to interrupt your sleep.

Hotel was spotless and they were on top of cleaning, the only complaint was the outside and inside garbage pails. They over flowed for too long and should of been cleaned asap. As for everything else it was spotless. The front desk so helpful and check in & out easy, Housekeeping was excellent and so on top of everything. Breakfast help the girls were so sweet and accommodating, the young man Greg was over the top helpful and made sure we had the breakfast we wanted, we are late sleepers and they ran out the 1st day, he went out of his way to make sure we had our breakfast for the kids the next day, ty so much Greg you rock. Our breakfast was picked up by someone else the last day but the front desk manager re-made the entire thing she was awesome, didn't catch her name but she was blond, so ty for that the kids were happy. Lake george is 12 minutes away so the ride was perfect, great place to stay right off the parkway if Lake George is full. My only real complaint was the beds are too soft, other than that great comfortable stay.

The property is really close to Lake George (10 mins away tops) and right next to the highway for those who want to visit other places in the region. The hotel offers really good amenities: great indoor pool and hot tub, good quality toiletries, clean towels, two pillow options (soft / firm), and microwave and fridge in the room. We were very pleased with the breakfast alternative (packaged breakfast to eat in the room) as we could pick from a variety of options and have a good breakfast before heading out for our daily activities! Highly recommend this hotel!

Excellent place and service including breakfasts. Hand sanitizer stations should be refilled. Some of them were empty. Front desk service was excellent.
