Good location- plenty of restaurants and convenience stores. Close to public transportation.

The hotel advertised is very different from the real hotel. Rooms comfort is minimal, no space to serve the breakfast, the breakfast is not a continental breakfast. Probably good for a couple of days stay but no longer than that.

Overall really bad, every morning something was missing for breakfast, wrong coffee, no juice, no media lunas, even though they asked us to fill out a menu of our order they just keep delivering the wrong order or even not delivering breakfast and we had to call several times to get breakfast. Towels terrible terrible those suppose to be white and literally they were greyish to black, as those were old, keep requesting for new ones, it was nasty even to dry my face with it. Night receptionist wasn’t really friendly but the two morning girls were very friendly and helpful. The pictures on the website dont show the really old bathrooms, the old duvet that were even bigger than the bed, the wall was so dirty with stains that could be painted to clean them as it gives a very bad look. Room 206 is next to a parking lot which gets a lot of noise from people ringing the bell late night or early morning, we couldn’t really rest peacefully. Would like someone to get back to me. Unfortunately I didn’t think about taking pictures.

The hotel rooms facing the street are very loud due to traffic. There is a lack of regular maintenance-large hole in the tile wall behind the toilet base from a plumbing leak, windows that don't latch properly, shower head worked improperly and taps leaking. The hotel was decent but when we returned to the city , we opted for a fresher, quieter place.

Al llegar al hotel el mismo estaba cerrado x la pandemia pero igual hacen reservas x web, cuando llegas al lugar te enteras que en realidad te derivan a otro hotel.de los mismos dueños pero de menor calidad, al mismo precio. Sin frigobar ni micro, te piden que cuelgues la toalla xa que se seque y uses la misma. Las chicas muy amables pero lo demas de terror. Nunca mas

No era lo que esperaba. La ubicación es muy buena pero el lugar no vale lo que se cobra. El personal es muy amoroso. En la habitación las camas son muy incómodas, chicas baño que se inunda, toallas que habia que reclamar; el teléfono no funconab por lo que reclamar o pedir algo implicaba tener que bajar hasta la recepción. Las fotos que muestran en la página no tiene nada que ver con lo que vi.

Es de los hoteles mas limpios que e encontrado hasta la fecha Limpieza optima. Desayuno en la habitacion

O estabelecimento é bem localizado e os funcionários são atenciosos. Porém, o hotel é antigo e precisa de reformas, incluindo o piso, que está soltando, e o banheiro. Além disso, seria interessante pensar em um sistema de conforto acústico, pois a região é bastante barulhenta.

La habitación que me ofrecieron inicialmente se veía bien, solo algo pequeña para tres personas. Ante la observación de nuestra parte por algunos detalles de limpieza, se ofrecieron muy amablemente a cambiarnos, y terminamos ocupando una habitación mucho más grande y cómoda. Detalles a mejorar: Es una pena que no se puedan cerrar las persianas de todas las ventanas, porque permitirían disminuir significativamente el importante ruido que se escucha por las noches. En el baño, el agua de la ducha es muy abundante, pero al pegar contra la pared, se derrama inevitablemente fuera de la bañadera, dejando el piso del baño inundado. Lo mejor: El personal de recepción fue extremadamente amable y atento con nosotros, y ante un olvido en nuestro cuarto al hacer el check-out, lo han guardado hasta que podamos mandar a alguien a buscarlo, por lo cual estaremos siempre muy agradecidos.

Recomendable, la recepcion un poco descuidada, el estado de la habitacion muy bien y la ubicacion tambien
