Majestic Mirage Punta Cana - All Suites - All inclusive

Food was sub par. Service was the worst of 5 all inclusive I had been at. Requested a quiet room, got one with loud music all afternoon. This will be the last time I step foot in Majestic anything.

Out of all of the travelling that I have done over the years, this was the worst hotel that I have ever stayed in. The room was awful, the service was terrible. I was assaulted by fellow holiday makers on one occasion. On another ocassion threatened by other tourists, whilst sat on my balcony at 3pm, Thursday 18 Feb. They actually broke into my room through my next door neighbours sky roof top. I was very scared and told the staff, who showed no interest at all. Subsequently, I stayed in the Hard Rock Hotel which cost over $400 USD for that night. The following night, I checked out and stayed at the and went to the TRS Turquesa Hotel, booked through Hotel.com (as you will be able to see). I expect a full refund for this stay at Majestic. 

First time guest. Beautiful grounds. Well maintained gardening. Need to better police walkway edges and beach area for random trash, bottle caps and cigarette buts. Excellent food quality and selection in buffet dining areas. Not so much in specialty restaurants. Separate coffee shop is as good or better than those at home. Room size and cleanliness a plus. Assigned butler not fully attentive. Expect language barrier with staff. They work hard to please. A few dollars in tips goes a long way. Been to other properties along Bavaro beach and recommend the Mirage as a superior choice.

Our stay was good, the food menu in the buffet offered wasn't all that. We did a reservation for one of the restaurants and because we were late 15mins they didn't even try to accommodate us.

Excellent service from the butler Maiki .. and the breakfast chef of the omelletes Julian .. I loved it, I have been there several times and I continue to love the hotel .. it is always a great choice.

Staff is amazing but food is not that good! Hope they can work on that!

Beautiful location property needs definitely some remodeling. Main issue would be food quality.

We are a middle aged couple from NJ who have stayed in 10 different all inclusive resorts in Punta Cana in the last 12 years. We enjoy the warm weather, long walks on the beach and within the property, and relaxing in the room. We are not into activities, drinking, dining and trying to get most of our time and money. We also do care about personalized and exceptional service to make us feel special. From this perspective, we think Majestic Mirage Adults Only Club room is one of our top choices. The room was over 1,000 square feet with two zone air conditioning. It had one and a half bath and a large balcony. There was a two person jacuzzi in the balcony which we used every single day. The linen was upscale and the mattress and comforter were comfortable. The room was a 2 minute walk to the beach. There was a VIP lounge, 1 minute walk from the room, that had cold water bottles, coffee, wine, spirits, snacks and deserts throughout the day and until late night. There was also staff in this lounge that helped us with any house keeping etc. This lounge saved us much hassle and waiting for room service and is unique to this resort. The adult only section also had plenty of chair, beds and towels by the pool and the beach. There was no need to get up early and hold the spot, or make reservations. With the food and drinks in VIP lounge and no shortage of comfortable seating by the pool and beach, this is the only resort we have visited that allowed us to completely forget about time.
