Probably the best value for your money. Large, comfortable rooms with perfect location and the most beautiful view. The most wonderful office staff who make you feel as if you are part of the family. This place is not aimed at the ultra-luxury market but offers much nicer rooms than some of the most expensive places in Bodrum. Rooms with full kitchens make life much easier and economical. I made myself breakfast every morning and sat on the balcony and enjoyed the view and great weather.

The stay at the hotel was amazing, we stayed for 11 days and then extended 5 more. The place has an amazing view, the two bedroom apartment we stayed in was comfortable, with a great view, its own garden, and really well equipped with everything you might need. The staff was more than great, they were friendly but very professional, always ready to help, even anticipating our needs. They wore masks at all times which I believe is extremely hard to pull off, but they made us feel safe and welcome. Their English is also good, which was one of my main concerns when coming to Turkey. The swimming pool is great, amazing view, never crowded, and with salty water, which was a nice surprise. Thank you Ibrahim, Emir, and Gulin for making our stay really great.

Degirmenburnu Residence is nicely located, close enough to the city center, but far from the noise and crowd, but a little challenging if you don't have a car. You can still walk to the center, in 15 minutes, but not so much fun in the middle of the day when it's hot. 1 bedroom apartment we stayed was very nicely designed, comfortable and clean. We stayed for a week, but we could easily stay for a month, it had everything we needed. Only downside of our entire stay was the cigarette smell in the room. We aired every day, but that smell didn't go. We believe it's coming from the air conditioning, from neighboring rooms, and it's pretty annoying for a non-smoker couple like us. Other than that, everything else about the stay, and the residence, was above our expectations.

Great deal for the price, sea view and sunset was absolutely amazing. Staff was very accommodating and friendly. Onsite parking was a huge plus. Would stay here again with out any doubts.

Perfectly situated near Bodrum, between the Bardakci beach and Gumbet Bay, this is a great place to vacation especially in COVID times. Apartments are self/contained with no contact with other guests if one does not use the pool. We particularly enjoyed the balcony with splendid views. Families with young children could book the garden level apartments which have access to relatively private walk-out yards. Apartments have individual AC and all the amenities to cook at home, as well as do laundry and even clean, though daily maid service can be requested. The only thing the property lacks is beach access. But there is a simple public beach very close-by in Gumbet, as well as several hotel beaches walking distance at Bardakci, which can be used with a minimum consumption fee per person.

Great location between Bodrum and Gumbet with amazing views. All the facilities and equipment you need for a self catering stay in an apartment. Rain shower head and comfortable bed made my stay extra comfortable. Balcony big enough to have breakfast on.
