24 North Hotel Key West

Friendly helpful staff. Loved the shuttle service down town. Pool bar was fantastic! Housekeeping proved a bit challenging this time around due to Covid restrictions but overall a great trip.

Solid place to stay. In a good quiet area, but there's shuttles to get to the other side of the island. Great pool with a bar open late. Would stay here again

We were very disappointed in this hotel. The pictures online made it look a lot nicer than it was. The rooms are all outside entrances, which is fine, but they were run down and dirty. Especially in the current state of covid when cleaning should be even more stringent, it was disappointing. Carpet was stained and not vacuumed well, coffee area had not been cleaned at all, was dusty and dirty. Front desk staff was not helpful and when we ever asked for anything, they acted as if it was a huge inconvenience and one person, didn't even speak at all. It lists 3 restaurants, but 1 is a food truck (which was closed), 1 is the Starbucks next door and the other is the bar at the pool. The other bar is in the hotel next door. The only redeeming asset is the pool area, which is very nice and the outdoor bar, which had great bartenders and they had a free shuttle which was nice & the shuttle driver was great! ( I think he was also the bartender?) I would never stay here again. I feel like it is a $80/night hotel and we paid over $300/night for new years time period. It was outrageous.

Rooms super loud as you are by a busy road with constant sirens. Beds NOT comfortable and only had hot water in our sink. Cold did not work. Pool are and work out area nice. Best part is the grassy area between 24 North and Gates hotel

Very clean place with good service. Nice poolside with bar. Enjoyed the stay with family.

I enjoyed my time there with my family

The hotel is not new but is in good shape and has obviously had upgrades. The staff were young and need to be trained in customer service better. We were not thoroughly informed on certain items and they were unfamiliar with things that we thought they should know. The cleaning staff didn't seem to be considerate of guests still staying at the hotel when they were turning over rooms for new guests. The walkways are narrow and their carts don't leave much space. The shuttle to/from town is definitely a plus.

This is NOT I repeat is NOT a HOTEL or 4 STARS Hotels. This is at the most a 2.5 stars MOTEL. Do not believe the good reviews. They must be fake! Motel feeling w a ripe off resort fee! Stay away !

Front desk employees were not very friendly. When we arrived to the hotel, we talked about staying an extra night and I asked the employee from the front desk if he could add one more night to our stay. He indicated that if we wanted to add an extra night, we would have to be in the same room, but after seeing the room we decided to move to another hotel. The hotel outside and the pool area look very fancy, however the hallways and room are similar to a motel, very outdated. Our room was very small and smelly. I selected ocean view, however there was not any ocean view from my room because there were trees that cover the view. Also be aware that the rooms do not have balconies, so to “enjoy the ocean view” you must stand in the hallway, and these are very-very small that you have to move if someone is coming. Very disappointed. It was not worth it. It would be better if you select garden view and cheaper.
