Loved the atmosphere def a must book again

The place is very nice I love the view but the rooms are not updated the toilet was cloud up the shower as well

As much as the hotel itself was beautiful the view of the bay was amazing. However, the noise at this hotel is ridiculous staying for the whole weekend and not being able to sleep either night. The hotels security should be on top of it the noise was intense it wasn’t just a little noise it was screaming and hollaring blaring music at 4 am. Phones calls to the desk did nothing and my fiancé finally had to take it into his own hands and with a bunch of drunks you can imagine how that goes. Spending all this money to be a nice upper class place clearly was a waste my birthday weekend turned into sleepless grouchy nights . Unless u want to party and stay up all night listening to grown men fight In the halls I wouldn’t recommend this. Sad because this place has potential to be an amazing resort

Clearly a remodeled hotel. A lot of scuffs, poor/ quick painting jobs. Nice enough, but not superb. Most staff was fabulous.

Loved the view - will be back on the weekend - when restaurant is open and more activities, also hoping for sunset as it was cloudy when we were there.

Overall it was a great stay, could have told us before calling for reservation that restaurant bar was closed. Also house keeping lady on 4th floor around 11 am was extremely rude.

Check in was supposed to be at 3 PM we were unable to check in until 5:15 PM due to housekeeping not have in our room ready. Went to the front desk to complain the next morning when checking out and they said that it was not their fault and that they have nothing to do with housekeeping that is a totally different department. Very rude staff and none of the housekeeping spoke English. The coffee pot in the room still had coffee in there from the last visitor, and nobody at the front checkout was wearing a mask in the evening in the morning time they all had masks.

El primer día no tenían la habitación que reservamos disponible, nos dieron a escoger y la verdad no quedamos contento el primer día, después estuvo bien la estancia, la vista muy bonita y el hotel también aunque creo que tienen problemas con la limpieza.

The noise was unbearable so much we had to leave and get other accommodations and we had two rooms. They had DJ’s playing music so loud it was making the art on the walls shake. This went on from noon until after 3 am. We complained to the front desk and they said there was nothing they could do. We asked to speak with a manager 3 times and he never returned our calls. The front desk attendants always had their masks around their chins almost every time we walked through the lobby. The tile to the elevator entrance was filthy on each level which clearly means there was no adherence to COVID measures.

The Godfrey is cute, but definently older and a bit beat up. Lipstick on pig says it all. The first room we were in, the patio door wouldn't open, and it wasnt very clean. They were good about getting us another room, and it was much better. The WTR Bar and Grill attached to the hotel is amazing! And the location is great.
