They do not give you information to check in when we arrived it was closed and the first night we spent at another hotel

It was a place to rest our head. Thanks Amy for helping us.

When we showed up, the office was closed and left me and my 4 kids (including an infant) without a place to stay. I got hung up on and no one was able to help as there is no after hour phone number. There was a door for the after hour check in but hotels.com or the number provided could help me. We had to end up looking for a place to stay and pay a whole new stay at new hotel as no one was able to help us out. We even called Hotels.com and they refused to help us.

sleeper sofa mattress looked like some one was murdered in it, the sheets for the bed were old and need to be thrown away. the quilt even had a burn mark on the inside. the property needs to be power-washed from top to bottom. the office had a very weird smell to it. the amenities were very disappointing. game room, basketball court, pool. this place needs a lot of help and looks nothing like the picture listed to the left. please research carefully before staying here as stated the picture for this property is NOT accurate AT ALL. needless to say we won't be visiting this place again.

According to the check in instruction there are available from 4 to midnight!! WRONG if you are not going to be in their office before 5 you better call for a code to be able to retrieve your key!

There were both huge ants and sugar ants all in my unit thankfully my son wasn’t bit told management they didn’t care. Had to throw out much of our food we hadn’t opened and was going to take home because sugar ants got in them. There’s no elevator meaning if your special needs and need a ground floor unit and they don’t make that happen you’re screwed like I was with my son. The shower in the main bathroom and around the tub in the bedroom was gross and mildew. The bed and pillows were awful. No spare linens anywhere in the unit which we needed and was after hours for the office. Very difficult to find unit based off map.

The only problem I had was that the furniture was old especially the mattress on the bed and pull out ,which made it difficult to sleep . So I had cat naps which made me more tired through the day , otherwise it was okay . Plus the furniture was dated

My family really liked this place. I would recommend people to pay attention to the check in directions if you are arriving after the office is closed. Me and my family are definitely coming back to this villa.
