The only good thing about this place was the location since it’s 5 minuets walk to the train station and like 30 minuets walk to the coliseum Nice restaurants around However I was disappointed I got a king size bed yeah but with a 3 inches mattress impossible to have a good night sleep Then it had no blanket just a sheet Inside the closet there was something like a blanket maybe but had no cover and it had a lot of hair on it Plus it smelled horrible The housekeeper will enter without knocking on the door also would not clean just do the bed For the breakfast I did not try it but it was basic cereal juice coffee and toast I think the only reason I would satu there again it would be for the location for me it was convenient but other than that I would probably look for something else I got what I paid for so just to sleep and take a shower i guess it was ok By the way if you have a complaint there is no one available Also no Wi-Fi

It is a comfortable hotel, during my stay, there was no personnel staff to make breakfast for the guests as I had been advice by one of the administrators at the check-in moment, in therefore, I had to prepare my own breakfast, there are toasts, bread, fruit juices, milk, etc at the guests's disposition. Besides, I sugest the potential Salotto Piramide guests to get taxi by themselves whenever they want to go to the stations or airport. Uber is forbidden in Italy, otherwise, the customer is subject to pay €6000 fine

Nice & Simple Place to Stay

Nice B&B close to Rome Ostiense train station. Room was large and clean, private bathroom with bidet. The shower was clean but had a previous guest's open shampoo packet. Simple but nice breakfast. Warm and welcoming staff.

Nice b&b

With a total of 6 rooms in this b&b apartment, it is very quiet & quaint. The room has everything you need and is only 3mins away from the train station. The staff are very nice and helpful. The breakfast is a bit basic so we didn't eat there but lots of little cafes around to eat. We choose a room with a bathroom in, was very equipped and clean. All in all, we had a very happy stay.

The location is away from the crowded tourist areas of Rome but it's easy to catch the subway and be at all the sites minutes. The accommodation for the price was outstanding.

Good location for large, clean rooms

4 or 5 bedrooms in a large apartment are rented out at a reasonable price for a capital city. The bedrooms and en suite bathrooms are large, private, comfortable and thoughtfully equipped. The drawback is that the owners are not resident, so you have to call them to come round to be let in on arrival. I was very nervous about using the street parking outside, given the level of grafitti, though monitored parking is apparently available 100m away, but my concern was misplaced as no harm came to my car. Good location for metro and to walk to the historic old Trastevere area for excellent food and culture (and most of Rome's culture is badly served by metro and involves much walking anyway.

INEXCUSABLE ERROR BY MANAGER!

INEXCUSABLE ERROR BY MANAGER! Booked a suite for seven nights; received a written, printed confirmation with that description. However, upon my arrival, the manager, Francesco, placed me in a single room with NO BATHROOM...bathroom with toilet and tiny shower cabinet were two doors down the hall. Manager told me that there had been a miscommunication between hotels.com and himself and that he had no other room available, giving me the option to stay in this inferior room or leave. He ultimately applied a 10% discount, completely inadequate for the inconvenience. The room was quite clean, with thrift-shop-style, but functional, furniture. Double bed was comfortable, and there was a dresser with mirror, two end tables with small lamps, a dim floor lamp, an overhead light, a small, more modern desk with plastic/metal chair (with cushion), an armoire, and a modern-looking TV (which I never turned on, so I can't comment on that). No wastebasket provided, even though I requested one. Floor covering consisted of a thin runner that was hazardous because it did not stay in place. Breakfast consisted of a plastic-wrapped croissant, packaged toast, and jam. Available: Italian and American coffee, tea, milk, juice, and water. Also, self-serve corn flakes, and red apples. Internet worked fine. For the price, this was a decent accommodation except for the external bathroom (and no hot water one evening and one morning).

Clean, affordable, friendly staff

This place was very clean. The hostess was very sweet. The room had mosquito nettings which was very important as Italian houses do not have screens. The air conditioning was not working, but in June air conditioning is not necessary. Beds were fairly comfortable. Water provided in the room daily. Coffee, croissants, and fruit provided for breakfast. The location is not bad, but it is quite a hike to all major sites. However, there is a metro 1 block away that is very easy to walk to and will take you to all the major sites. If you are looking for a clean, budget stay in Rome this is the place for you.
