Dharma Home Suites Miami at Monte Carlo

Apartment like feeling, not hotel feeling. Room very clean and they provide a vacuum, mop and broom for your convenience. Appreciated the convenience of doing laundry esp after a beach day. Love that the balcony sits over the pool, if you are on the lower floors the trees block your view from the beach. Conveniently located steps away from the beach and it's not very crowded (great for social distancing). Wasn't informed about the nightly parking fee but rate was better a lot of other hotels I've seen.

This was an amazing condo No problems at all The view was breathtaking The front desk was awesome A simply walk and you have pretty much all you need!! Will definitely book again here!!! Love love love

Beautiful views, easy access to the beach great pools, beds are terrible lol other then that I’d visit again.

Dharmas was beautiful , they checked on me from time to time via text and email , the room was clean with everything that was needed. I highly recommended them . Thank you again. Looking forward to going back .

This was one of the best places we have ever stayed at! The staff was extremely professional and even went out of their way to make sure we could have a late checkout while waiting for our new room. The hotel is clean. Beds are comfortable! The beach is nice. They have free beach chairs, towels, and washer and dryers in the units. Restaurants are walking distance. We will be back soon! Thank you for an amazing vacation!!

The manager was extremely abusive when we complained about cockroaches as well as the severely dirty balcony in the apartment. Instead of addressing the issue or apologizing, he started threatening with the lawsuit if I will post an honest review!! He became aggressive, trying to frighten us that he will charge us for the damages that never happened!!

We were very disappointed about the extreme rudeness of the manager for Dharma suites. When e expressed our dissatisfaction with the dirtiness of the balcony as well as complained about the cockroach, he became extremely abusive, trying to wrongly charge as the additional fees, refusing to reimburse the security deposit while we left the apartment cleaner than we found it. Our balcony has not been cleaned most likely for about 2 months when we checked in. Monte Carlo has other owners that have much better customer service so we are now staying at this same hotel apartments just manages be different management. Dharma lost our business due to the extremely poor customer service. Can you imagine manager threatening us with lawsuits if we post hour honest review? It was such a bad experience. We had to resolve with Expedia to get back our security deposit. The manager tuned our whole day trying to present that there was damage even though we had proof that we left the apartment in perfect condition. Luckily the front desk staff confirmed to Expedia that there was absolutely no damage so we finally received our accidental damage deposit reimbursed. Which manager believe that cockroaches or dirty balcony at check in is acceptable in 4 stars hotel?? Instead of apologizing for the inconvenience, he became severely abusive. Please safe yourself headache by booking Monte Carlo with a different management.

Everything was perfect the only downside was the cleanliness of some of the areas in the apartment. Other than that, service was amazing and would definitely stay again!

This was a beautiful property. The room was clean and perfect for my husband and I and our son. The pools were great. My son used them both. The view from the partial view balcony was very nice. The area was walkable with stores and restaurants across the street. The door staff/valet staff were very nice and always helpful.

The Unit was nice, however; there were no pool towels and we had to wait a while to get them. The gentlemen at the front desk were very nice, but didn't seem to know all of the policies with the rental. Unit was not in the location that we thought and was very expensive. We arrived early and had to wait to check in which was fine, but they charged us to watch our bags which I thought was odd.
