Seacoast Suites on Miami Beach

Everything was ok but both of our carpeted bedrooms smelled of urine. The property itself was dated. Nice views from the corner suites and our room was nice and big. We never had a house keeper come to change towels or take out trash, I guess you have to call every time.

Rooms are big and spacious. Good location. Parking fee is way too much. Pool was not clean. Generator was working and was very loud and was disturbing. We mentioned to the front desk and we were ignored.

Very good Stay but there’s no breakfast. On the website they stated that it was available but there’s none. Every morning we had to order some app to deliver at our door but it’s never the same thing, when we’re able to choose whatever we want on the hotel.

The view was beautiful but the property was horrible I had to walk through puddles of water to get to my car I was locked out the parking structure for 45 mins because security wasn’t at the desk to buzz us in It looked nothing like the pictures but it was ok fro my first trip to Miami

The hotel was nothing like the photos. The photos must have been taken when the property was built. Very poor customer service! Every time I called they would put me on hold for a very long time even when I would call from the hotel room phone. They wanted to charge a full day for 4 extra hours and double for 8 hours! One of the front desk guys was arguing with a guest and even cussed her out! AVOID this place! Not worth it. They also double charged me!

The location was excellent. The lobby was beautiful, but the room-the furniture was outdated, the night stand in bedroom-back legs were broken and the table was propped against the wall, the tub had peeling paint, for a 2 bdrm suite, we were given 2 washcloths and had to request fresh towels daily, there was an charge to have your room cleaned daily but they didn't have a broom, etc to clean yourself, ice machine did not work and the hotel did not have one, website stated they gave out beach chairs and umbrellas, when requested, pool guy said they did not have a permit to give them out, balcony only had one chair to sit in.

Very nice view, clean hotel. The only thing was last day the staff on shift was a little be rude.

We were very excited about this trip and the hotel looked beautiful in the pictures. Unfortunately it was not a very good experience. We had to call maintenance right away because we had two Out of three TVs that we could not get to work. We also let them know that the ice maker did not work and we were told “none of them work“. The worst part was probably the roaches. They were coming out of the sink drain as well as inside the dishwasher. We let them know when we were checking out that they had a major problem with roaches. They said they would credit us for our Resort fees. Of course the printer did not work so they were unable to give us a printed receipt but said they would email it to us. They never emailed it. I’ve had to call twice now about the resort fee that still has not been refunded. Most of the time you sit on hold and nobody ever answers the phone at that desk. I would recommend you spend the extra money and stay somewhere else when in Miami

This is NOT a 4 star hotel, by any standards. More like 2.5 in my opinion. But definitely no more than a 3. The room was “mostly” updated, yet not, like they skimped on some things. It definitely needed new carpet. I knew it was going to be an “iffy” stay, based on the reviews. But for the price, and the amount of space, it was a great value. (With the exception of the outrageous parking fee, but most hotels are going to charge that anyway) The main issue was the noise, and just an overall feeling of it being kinda “ghetto” lol, especially at night, but they were pretty quick to shut the noise down. We had a 2 bedroom ocean view, but I’d definitely pay extra for a front facing, or corner ocean view, if possible, that “might” help with the noise. Other than that, we spent a lot of time at the beach and the water was amazing. There were no chairs or umbrellas available though due to COVID but we made the best of it anyway.
