bad service. Upon check in we asked for a high floor we were celebrating our anniversary. Sure! come back in 45 minutes. We came back 2 hours later and room still not ready. They gave us a room so loud over an outdoor band it felt like a joke, we had to raise our voices to talk. We called and they moved our room down the hall but smaller. We gave up and napped and were interrupted by catering asking us to put a bag of chips on the mini bar. We asked for creamer for our coffee in room and they brought sugar. Not once, but twice! we got a drink vouchers for a trouble but were overcharged. It was endless... they did give us $10K point toward a Mariott when we check out but I do not stay at Marriotts. We would have much preferred better treatment while at the hotel trying to enjoy our first anniversary. Its a hip place that feels very poorly run by twenty somethings who look good but don't know how to run a business. I travels for business and this service was amateur at best, too bad, cool place...

Great staff, location Problem is rooms facing water have lots of street noise

Nice spot. Rooms a bit unorthodox. No night stands. Limited storage, I.e no nightstands. No mini bar or fridge. Can be a bit loud. Resturant next door making noise starting at 7:00 AM such as trash and cleaning from prior night.

Great room, great view. Staff brought up a fridge free of charge.

Check in experience was horrible. Front desk billed my credit card twice.
