The staff were polite and helpful upon check in and the location was handy (South quay DLR station is the easiest to walk to if you're looking to travel further into london). Theres also a tesco just metres away. Upon entering the apartment, it was extremely spacious for london. We had a 2 bedroom apartment, which unexpectedly also had one en suite and even a small balcony- definitely a nice extra to have. The facilities in the room weren't the best quality- the mattresses were a little bit lumpy (but still slept ok), the kitchen units were poor quality and some doors didn't close properly, curtain in one bedroom wouldn't close all the way, the tv remotes were sticky and lacked battery covers and the toilet was hard to flush. The kitchen was also missing some bits and bobs. There was no plug for the kitchen sink, there was no microwave (although one was advertised), there was no toaster, no oven trays, no tea towel, a couple of missing utensils... These were more of an inconvenience than an issue though, given we didn't travel just to cook and spend time in the room and we managed to prepare and cook food without. Could do with some updating and definitely need to focus on improving the cleanliness of the apartments (especially in the kitchen). Even before the covid-19 situation, this apartment would not have been cleaned to a satisfactory level. The apartment did still have its pro's though! Overall, a fine stay for a couple of days, but won't be rushing back to return.
This apartment has so much potential. However, the landing was dirty when we arrived, the dishwasher was not working and we were not provided with washing up liquid to allow us wash up by hand which was impossible because the stopper in the sink didn’t work either. The mixer in both showers were not working and there was a risk of being scalded or frozen when in the shower. We were not given information when we checked in about recycling, how to turn on the heating or how to use the tv. One of the tv remote controllers had no batteries. It is such a shame that the customer care let down what could be a superb apartment complex.

Amazing experience, however there was no dish soaps or kitchen tissue so we had to get them other than that it was beautiful and amazing with such respectable receptionists such as Omar and the helper Usman
Noisy area, was kept awake most of the night by people shouting on the street below. Bed was a pullout sofa bed, the room was spacious but nothing to be impressed about. Parked underneath the hotel £15 for the night it was a secure gated car park, For the price it wasn’t bad as the it had a full kitchen but I wouldn’t stay again. Mostly because of the area.

The customer service was very poor and hygiene was low on the company’s priorities. Our sheets and towels were not changed and house keeping was not done for the 7 day duration of our stay. My children broke out with severe rashes all over their body and we suspect it was the sheets and towels. The people are the front desk were very rude and unwilling to help with anything. There was nothing in the apartment to enable us do any cleaning of our own (e.g a broom, dish washing liquid etc) and the personnel were not willing to provide any. We had to buy all these things for ourselves. They provided 1 miniature bottle of shampoo and body wash which only one of us could use for one shower and they refused to provide us with more. I’m an avid traveller and I have never written a review before because I never want to make a bad comment if the place was at least of a minimum standard and the personnel are nice. This was the worst place my family and I have ever stayed and because of this place my children never want to visit London again! If you want to have a good vacation please do not book stay here. Horrible experience!
The outside had a slummy look to it but the apartment was very clean and very well equipped
Stayed over couple of times and will happily stay again. Spotless apartments, wonderful and helpfull staff. Higly recommended!
The staff we’re very welcoming when we arrived, flat was very clean and fresh towels from reception when needed, great cooking facilities and having a separate bedroom was a bonus We we’re only a 5 minute walk from the subway, these flats were on a quite street with private housing, there was a Tesco within five mins and another supermarket within 3 mins on the main road. 5 min walk in either direction to many pubs and restaurants will definitely stay here again
