Great clean safe place

I really enjoyed this hotel, they have a variety of things to offer, it was nice and quiet i reallygot some well needed rest. Very clean. I will be staying there again very soon.

Quick stop on a road trip. Front desk person did not wear mask upon arrival. Nice place, but could use a coat of paint. A/C window unit was quite loud when it came on.

The floors in the hotel were filthy. I dropped water and used a towel to clean it up. The towel was brown in the spots that touched the floor. I cleaned the floor with Clorox wipes so my children could play. There was a layer of dust on the chairs, counters, & tv. I found a piece of plastic that had been torn off of a candy wrapper in the bed as in between the sheets. There was a very bright light that kept coming on every time we walked by the motion sensor even in the middle of the night. The tub had some hair in the bottom. The pool was cloudy. The overall cleanliness of the hotel was very disappointing. The staff was incredibly helpful & nice. I took the towel downstairs to the agent. I read the reviews before arriving & was encouraged by their claim of higher cleaning standards. I was very disappointed with the quality of cleaning. IF that room was cleaned at all it was done very poorly. I will not be returning to that hotel in the future.

First, my coupon code for an extra stamp was bot applied Second, upon arrival we found NO toilet paper towels in our suite, dirty/used towels in a bathroom drawer, no tv remote & and full garbage pail by entry door. Lastly I gently placed a washcloth on the towel bar & the bar fell to the floor nearly hitting me. Especially now in these times of COVID 19 I was terrified. It was late at night & I had no confidence that my room was sanitary therefore I brought my own supplies in at 10pm and had to do it myself which I find unacceptable when I am paying for a room in a respected hotel chain

The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean, loved the kitchenette. We always loved the fact that the television offered internet tv such as Netflix, HBO, and YouTube. Will stay there again.

COVID Central. No one wearing a mask. Garbage in hallway. Awful breakfast. Just a muffin and egg on a roll in a bag. No coffee. Not up to Marriot usual standards.

I booked the room thru Hotels.com. I am a Marriott Platinum. I was surprised when the night desk clerk (I showed up at 11PM) asked me for id and credit card. I guess somehow my Marriott profile did not come thru Hotels.com. When I asked him if my profile came thru, he said no, so I gave him my number, and said I was Platinum. He did not express the usual "thanks for being a Platinum" nor ask me if I wanted points. Also, when I got into the room the shower was only cold water. I was too tired to call the desk, and just gutted it thru. The morning desk attendants were the exact opposite of the somewhat surly night attendant...the ladies were very friendly and helpful

The only negative thing was there were not enough luggage carts and had to wait 10 minutes to get my stuff to my room The room was nice and clean and lacked nothing. Staff was great under the circumstances of the virus, one could exceptional and pleasant.

Very clean. Great location. Mattress was just ok. Breakfast was mediocre.
