Great hotel, great location

Sparkling clean, with every effort made to make hospitality in time of plague. Grateful to be able to come and enjoy. Great pool and gym, very convenient to everything downtown

Very comfortable beds. Great location. Some rust on the towel bars in the shower, otherwise very clean.

Stayed here last year exactly to the date, parking price doubled in a year! Did not expect to pay $35 for parking less than 24 hours!

Good location on King Street. TV had burn spots on screen, bathroom door was lacking privacy, and parking was very expensive ($32 daily) and hard to find a parking spot at night.

I have stayed here many times over the past few years and this was the worst visit. The room was definitely not as clean as usual. The towels were dirty/stained or had misc hairs (not mine) The shower curtain was moldy/mildewy. I told the front desk and new towels and a shower curtain were left on my door. So i had to change the shower curtain after being out all day. (I understand covid but.....). Saturday night was EXTREMELY noisy. Trying to rest and relax and people running banging etc. even after the “quiet time” of 10pm. I called the front desk and he said he would send someone. It still went on for hours. Overall VERY disappointed in my stay. I think i will find a new go-to place for my visits.

Let me start off by saying it takes a lot for me to give a bad review, however- We were very disappointed with the cleanliness of the hotel in its entirety, especially the room. The bed sheets looked as if they were rolled in. We got there right before midnight after a 7 hour drive, really looking forward to a clean stay and unfortunately did not receive that. The hand sanitizer stations were also empty. With Covid, we expect better, and we think you would want to give a better experience with the hopes that more people will travel and stay with you! With our long travel ahead, we have decided to veer away from booking with Hyatt and look elsewhere in hopes for a cleaner experience.

There was a couple who from 11pm-3am was screaming at eachother in the halls, slamming hotel doors, and kept me up all night.Water pressure was horrible, beds were uncomfortable, and bar was closed on Sunday. Parking was very expensive. The only highlight was the staff was great and super friendly. Especially Patrick the bartender we did have the opportunity to meet Saturday night.
