Staff very rude I came in from San Diego got in around 1AM and front desk some Indian guy telling me I can’t go in because my passports expired by one month.. when I can’t get it renewed due to corona. Had to stay out in LA all night because of him. Lowlife LA bums

Great stay clean rooms great staff everthing was exceptional.

We had a great time stsying at the 'Walk of Fame Hostel'. Everything was perfect. Our room only had one light bulb that worked, but the 2 bright lights in the parking lot helped us to see at night. It really wasn't much of an issue for us. Nice, clean and amazing for the location; in the heart of the strip!

7/17/20 EVERYBODY: Please read the Review that I posted here on my clients behalf on 7/14/20. The FACT that this hostel does NOT provide their guests with a memorable and positive experience, and the FACT that customer service is NOT AT ALL a priority of theirs, and the FACT that they do NOT ensure that their guests have been accommodated properly throughout their stay - is all proven by recordings, emails, witnesses, and photo's. So, you see; Tahj Townsend -the unprofessional, dishonest, mentally crazy, delusional, disrespectful, harassing, unethical, disregarding, dyslexic, irrational, inconsiderate, rude, incompetent Manager of the hostel; COMPLETELY LIED in reply to our Review. And, our Review was cut off by 5 paragraphs, due to this box only allowing a minimal amount of characters to be typed. See Yelp & Google. To list the very least amount of proven FACTS (due to spacing here): 1. Townsend/the hostel has NEVER upgraded my client. She has been in the same raggedy room since she arrived. 2. Despite their website Coronavirus page, they have tried several times to place a roommate in the room with my client though the other 4&6-bed female rooms were not/are not to the 'capacity' yet. 3. He had my client waiting 5 hours to go to the room upon her arrival; claiming that it was not cleaned yet, but it was past 3pm, and the room was STILL filled with dust, particles, hairs, dirt, stains, lint filled sheets and blanket. 4. Tuesday 7/14/20 Manager, Tahj Townsend harassed my client at her door and via phone, yesterday (Monday 7/13/20); falsely accusing her of "you're refusing to switch rooms, so i will call the police and have them escort you out the building", after he sent us a false email on Wednesday, claiming that "the room you're currently in needs maintenance and i see here that you extended your stay for a different room TYPE than the type you have now and have been extending in since your arrival." When in reality; my client extended for the exact same room type that she's been in since arrival - the 6 bed female, and in reality, the room needs no maintenance. He was trying to egregiously switch her to a room without first telling us what maintenance is needed in the room (though he knows there is none needed) and without first telling her which room he's switching her to, and without first showing her the room so that she can ensure it's clean and that she is going to be the only person in it - and to instead try to surprise her with a dirty room with a roommate or two in it; in order to disrupt her peaceful stay and dishonor the hostels Coronavirus policy of "we are only placing one person in each room until every other room is to capacity of one person then we are placing a maximum of two people per room". The private room was nice. I was comfortable and was able to sleep well. Travel was convenient. Overall a good stay. Clean room. I wish they could stop using the air sprays because breathing those chemicals is bad. Im glad i had the door closed. The breakfast was free and they also have free water. Thats good enough for me.

It was very convenient, nice and quiet. I would definitely recommend it to a friend

This is my first time in California, so I want the experience. This location is on point with me. Everywhere I need to go to is around me.
