Hyatt Place Buffalo/Amherst

Amazing stay, having experience being a maintenance manager at a hotel I have to say this hotel was managed very well. Matthew was great and made sure everything was up to Standard. Will make sure to always come back here on my upstate travels.

I enjoy our stay but I took my grandkids so they could swim . Now they allow 15 people in pool area! That’s too many for that small area! So we did not stay at pool .. I liked it better when they just let families schedule a time just for us !

I didnt care for the fact that you always had to hunt down the front desk worker. They are always away from the desk doing other jobs. The are obviously putting too much chemical in the hot top, because i got a rash and dry skin after 10 minutes of being in it.the beds were very hard and uncomfortable. The comforters were old, and you can see through them to see the clumps of filling.

Beautiful, comfortable, excellent and pleasant service, pool and hot tub were well kept and warm. Unexpected continental breakfasts was great. Only issue was other guests on the floor rudely having a party from 11pm to 1am. We called the front desk and they did help. Other than the lack of sleep, which was not the hotels fault. It was great. Will definitely stay here again.

We stayed New Yrs eve. One family made pool time unsafe and refused to leave. There was a huge brown spot on the couch and a blood spot on a “Clean” towel. We had to have someone come up to fix the tv. The party across the hall was loud until 2pm when we called the front desk. The smell of pot was in the building and coming from a car in the back parking lot when we left. There was also over 20 people in the pool area for the time we signed up for. I heard one worker say they over booked the 8-10pm spot. There was teenagers throwing other kids (10 kids) into the pool and the parents wouldn’t stop them. They were soaking other people by jumping in over and over in front of people sitting in the chairs. Im just glad we came prepared with cleaning supplies and extra bedding. We booked the hotel so we could spend time with our son who moved 3 hours away back in June.

Great service the staff was great

The staff was friendly and professional. The Hotel is by the highway so it is east to get to. The Hotel was clean and we felt safe in the public places.

Rooms werent clean at all, especially around such difficult times. Front desk very nice, rest of staff extremely rude. Won't be going back

Great stay. Would definitely come back. Our room had a great view of a lake, breakfast was included, and staff was courteous.

The room was very comfortable and clean and the staff was extremely nice I will be returning to this hotel for my next trip there.
