The room was dirty and old. Had to wait 10 minutes to get hot water.

The pluses first....Office staff was polite and helpful, which made the situation better. The lower level has rebatable bikes and the location of this place is prime. Loved the balcony facing the ocean. Fantastic. Now the bad stuff. The Air conditioning did not work well at all and dripped all over the floor. Glad we weren’t visiting in the summer as it would have been unbearable. This problem seems to have been going on a long time as the Ceiling had spots of molding and breakdown. Bathroom light would also not turn on at times. This particular suite was also advertised as there would be a stovetop and it clearly did not. Office staff said none of the junior suites come with a stove top, so I’m not sure why hotels.com has it listed as an amenities.

Our roon was upgraded to a different suite, service was great! Very accommodating for 6 ppl!

A lot of units in this building are like short term rentals in fancy apartment building that is full of great amenities. Wi-Fi is good, but cell phone reception may have issues if your device does not have wi-fi / internet calling enabled. Very independent living, but I strongly recommend being familiar with condo-hotel concept in order to rip full benefit. Great beach and valet, remember to use lower level LL for immediate needs.

Check in was easy. There is no key. It is a touch pad. Room was stylishly furnished and included a kitchenette with refrigerator, microwave, sink, dishes, flatware, cups, glasses and cutlery. It also included pots and pans but no way to use them. Dish cloths and dish soap were provided. There were no stoppers for the kitchen, vanity or tub. Watch your rings and earings! A couple down the hall had a nasty argument around 2 am and reprised it at 4 am but it's hard to blame the facility. The low battery alarm went off at 3 am the third night and I needed a chair to disconnect the alarm. There is no housekeeping service but you can exchange towels and sheets. You check in and out with the security desk and any comments or complaints must be done by email. You are on your own on figuring out how to get from the airport. Go Shuttles is a good choice ... $21 from FLL.

I really loved how the beach was walking distance. I would definitely use this location again whenever I’m in Florida.

My Stay Was Excellent And Staff Was Friendly.

I was Celebrating My 52 Birthday, with Family and Friends.The Penthouse was very comfortable, the Bay View was Amazing. I think the bathrooms could have been a bit cleaner and there was the smell of urine, so we had to spray often. Overall I would try this Company again, I feel those things can be fixed.

I liked the room and the property. Everything was amazing. Except for the convenience store in floor LL. The service in the store was terrible. I cut myself with glass yet they couldnt ask if i was okay or anything.

We stayed in the city one bedroom unit. It was NOT a 1 bedroom, it was a studio "loft" with a spiral staircase to a fairly open bedroom with 3 queen beds. Instead of being able to close a door once kids were asleep, sound traveled throughout. So, if one person is up, everyone gets woken. One bed was pure mush and pretty uncomfortable. The loveseat was sittable, but the "couch" was hard and had peeling pleather in very bad condition, so there were flakes of the upholstery on everything. The unit was easy to sweep clean, and the half bath by the entrance was helpful. Valet parking was a little difficult with 3 kids in car seats being rushed to get them in and out, but the speed at which they brought out our car was always fast, within 2-5minutes. The unit had barely enough cookware to make a breakfast, but when requested the apartment company found and brought one larger pot so I was able to make some food for kids as we had hoped by booking a kitchen unit. Fridge and stove were large and completely suitable, freezer kept things frozen solid. Guests need wristbands to use the pool area, so don't plan on inviting guests to join you here, especially on the weekends you will most likely not receive extra wristbands. there is a general store on premise and a beautiful walking path behind the building by the beach.
