There was a stain (maybe blood) on one bedcover. And hair on the floor in the bathroom. The shower door was misaligned and water flowed easily out of the shower recess. The controls for tv and aircon felt ‘unclean’ ... no antiseptic smell etc. the room , in general, did not feel covid safe.

The staff were very friendly and responsive to our needs. The location is great and close to the downtown spots.

I really like the location of the hotel & the price. The one & only complain I have is I was really trying to do an earlier check in (Pay extra of course) even though they said they would try almost assured it would be possible both on the phone prior to me getting there & when I got to the hotel, it was not a possibility they claimed they where completely booked so just felt they could have just told me this from the beginning.

Did not like that the reception is in the second floor. Did not like the breakfast choices. they should focus on the quality of food rather than having a whole number of people serving

Very disappointing stay. My family loves this area and decided to book a second night. However, upon our return from touring the city on New Year’s Day we came back to a dirty room and decided to leave. It’s unfair we paid although we were not happy or stayed in the property . The towels we’re disappointedly dirty as well. Unfortunate experience given all my stays in other hotels in GDL have been wonderful .

The hotel is near Hyatt Regency Andares (about 5 min or so through a short-cut, Google does not show this short-cut) where many nice and a variety of restaurants and name brand shopping are located. Breakfast is rather Mexican style cuisine, fruits, yogurt, and so on, and I enjoy it. But some may say it is about average. The staff at the front desk and breakfast were very nice and accommodating. The lobby is at L-level (the street level is PB, so you need to take the elevator to one floor up to L). Arrived Saturday evening, and I could hear laud music coming from a club across the hotel. If you enjoy going to a club, this may be the place for you. If you are staying maybe Friday/Saturday nights and you'd like to have some quietness, you may want the room facing the other side of the club (I was still able to hear the music, though, but not loud). I had a king bed room and it was spacious and clean. Bed/pillow were comfortable. In the PB-level, there is a Mexican tapas-like restaurant, not one of the hotel's. It has a nice gym to work out. You can book a taxi at a desk right outside of the baggage claim exit (see to the right side as you exit). It is 355 pesos, and it took about 40-45 min from the airport to the hotel starting around 9:30pm. I heard it could take much longer due to traffic during busy hours. You can use credit card for the taxi at the airport, but not in the city. In the city, you can use Uber.
