Capodichino International Hotel

Easy and convenient near the airport - only problem was they said they would book a taxi in the morning, but didn't.

Disappointing hotel in a run down area. Very basic amenities and lots of traffic noise

For us, walking distance to the airport was great. Front desk staff very helpful. Restaurant convenient and satisfactory. Morning buffet was better then expected

This was the only hotel we could find that was close enough to walk to the airport. We had to be there for 04.00 hrs and we didn't want to rely on a taxi at that time of day. The location was perfect, we dropped our hire car and walked into the hotel grounds via a gate at the back of the car hire parking lot. Later that evening we took the airport shuttle bus into town and next morning took a ten minute walk from the hotel to the airport. The hotel is basic, but our room was spotless, the air conditioning worked and the staff spoke good English and were helpful. It's more like a tired motel than a hotel, but it was better than I expected and perfectly adequate for one night. The area is not brilliant, but we took a taxi back from town which took us to the door for 20 Euros so we didn't have to walk anywhere.

This hotel has the feel of a family run business. What it lacks in amenities and quality of decor it makes up for in having friendly and helpful staff and a relaxed atmosphere. I enjoyed my one night stay.

OK, so its a small hotel and not high-end, but the service was excellent. The food was good in the restaurant, although a limited menu, but for me the choice was plenty for a quick stop for an early flight the morning after. Most usefully was that it was a quick 10-minute walk out the back of the hotel to the airport terminal. The only thing I would improve would be some small signs from the hotel to the airport as its a bit round the back streets!

The absolute best attribute of this property is that it is literally connected to the Car Rental facility at the Naples Airport. The gate to the hotel is located in the car rental parking lot. Very convenient to dropping off the car and checking in to the hotel for an early flight departure the next day. The hotel is also walking distance to the airport without having to navigate busy streets.

This hotel is listed as a 4 start, but is not even one. The neighborhood is scary and dangerous. The only advantage is that is located 5 minutes from airport. Stay away from the restaurant you will ruin your apatite and the idea of the italian food. I went to the kitchen to ask for a lighter and saw the frozen pizza.

The hotel is the closest to the Naples airport. There is free parking in a gated area which we used the night before we took our rental car back (right next door). The hotel says 4 star. Not sure what that means in Italy. The hotel was clean, the air conditioning and the staff were the best things about the hotel. It was very clean, nice bathrooms. The mattresses were like box springs, no padding. There were two dogs outside in a fenced in area that barked all night. The 'included' breakfast was packaged cheese, questionable meat, rubber hard boiled eggs. If you do have a car, stay elsewhere first. We just thought it would be convenient.
