Cozumel Hotel & Resort Trademark Collection by Wyndham All Inclusive

Overall was ok, the soap in the bathroom was awful. Also the shower is not great, nice tile but the water shower was not bueno.

I was here during Tropical storm Gamma and Hurricane Delta. The hotel is very safe to stay at during the storms. They actually had moved the dolphins from the Dolphinaris into the pool for several days to protect them from the hurricane. The staff was very friendly and helpful. All staff I saw was wearing masks. Upon entry to the hotel the staff take your temperature and have you use the hand sanitizer. Guests were another story. Many of them did not wear their masks. I sure wish they would wear them while they are going through the buffet line for the meals. The hotel does need some updating. It has been there for a very long time. Maybe since it is now a Wyndham property it will be updated soon. I had the room with the outdoor jacuzzi that I did not use. But the outside covered porch was great. I could not see the ocean hardly at all from the room but that was fine. You can walk across the street or under the road in the tunnel to get to the ocean side. I would recommend this hotel especially if you get the all inclusive option.

Staff was very friendly and the resort was nice. Food was really good compared to other resorts I have stayed in. Would stay again

It feels like home with the friendly staff. Older hotel but always a pleasure staying here and the prices are very reasonable.

Beautiful, clean hotel. Food was ok, but not great. They were doing construction in the room above ours with lots of loud banging, so we asked to move rooms. They moved us to the other side of the resort, and then started construction in the room next to us the very next day. They had a nice pier where the dive company of our choosing could pick us up every morning.

Very nice resort, close to town. Friendly staff. All around great value.

Excellent Stay. Room was clean, comfortable, and without any issues. Food was outstanding. Staff is exceptional and takes excellent care of me. I appreciate Silva, Gustavo, Daniel, Omar, Erwin, and everyone else I have forgot to mention. Front Desk Staff is always kind and able to help me with whatever I may need. Room Service was an asset for me this trip with my leg injury. I can't thank you enough for the excellent care and concern. I will be back soon!

Great staff. COVID precautions taken by the resort were appreciated.

We had an amazing time at Hotel Cozumel & Resort. The building is beautiful and the food and drinks were great as well. What really stands out about this resort though is the staff—you can tell they really care about their guests and go the extra mile to make sure they are having a good time. The customer service at this resort is truly the best we've seen anywhere. Every staff member goes above and beyond at what they do, and we'd like to especially thank Hector and Fabian for taking care of us!
