Hotel Indigo Lower East Side New York

Loved the hotel’s location. Perfect to walk to restaurants and the subway and bus. The room felt small. City view was more of a view of the apartments below doing construction. Overhead rain shower did not work. Queens bed felt more like a double. I was pleased with how clean the room and location was.

I was amazing the terrace room is the best one minor problem and they fixed it ...don’t forget to ask for a fridge and try it out before using ...bathroom was clean room was clean gave us a blanket so we can enjoy they terrace in New York ...close to sweet chicks ...claw daddy’s...and Sanloco....we had a car and found parking and paid 10.75 on the street around the corner ...roof top Mr purple was good get the waffle fries and casamigo frozen drink ....will be back thanks for the kind staff and amazing service

Great Hotel and a nice view from the room with terrace

This hotel was an unexpected delight! It was very classy and comfortable without being over the top. Traveling during a pandemic is tricky and we were made to feel safe and comfortable by the extra precautions the staff made. The bed was very comfortable the room was clean and quiet with everything we needed. We asked for extra pillows, blanket and coffee and they made it to our room before we could even get there one evening. I cannot say enough about the front desk staff. Super friendly and helpful! A definite stay again. A note to anyone missing the usual amenities of a restaurant etc. We are in a global pandemic. I was traveling out of necessity to pick my son up from college due to a COVID shut down. These are unusual circumstances and it was amazing to see a city pulling together, respecting one another's personal space and wearing masks to protect each other. Eating in a heated outdoor space in the middle of November and watching people make the best of things was amazing-I love New York!!

Checking in was a breeze, rooms are quite big compare to other hotels in the city. We had to call each time for them to unlock the mini refrigerator on top of that every time we showered the bathroom flooded. Mr. Purple is only good for drinks. Once we checked out i got charged 70.77. Front desk staff was not helpful in telling what the charge was for the next day a manager emailed and has yet to return my email or call. Worse experience ever.

Clean, cute, and cozy. Many things to do nearby. Nearby train station.

Good hotel but a little crowd in the street dinning and very noisy.
