Casa de Uco Vineyards & Wine Hotel

Loved the grounds and service. Unfortunately, during our stay they were having power problems and throughout the night the AC kept resetting making a loud noise every few hours. This happened 2 nights of our stay so we didn't sleep very well. The hotel is beautiful, pictures do not do it justice.

Great hotel with wonderful views of vineyards and Andes Mountains. Rooms very large with modern design.

The best hotel in Mendoza. I will stay again for sure. Perfect for couples without kids.

This hotel is magical. The architecture blends perfectly into the natural landscape. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to schedule our activities to fit certain schedules and were always smiling and helpful as we encountered them throughout the day. Valentina (concierge) is so friendly, welcoming, and positive! We had wondered whether to stay down the road at Vines but after having a lunch visit there (nice but expensive and generic) we were so appreciative for the food options (a la carte, and all fantastic) and the comfort offered by Casa de Uco. It is definitely a place I will be recommending to friends and family for future travels!

It was amazing. Great service, stunning place, incredible landscape. However, it is right in the middle of Uco Valley and the vineyards, therefore not close to any local town.

Loved our stay. Stunning property, restaurant food was very good. Views are amazing, complete serenity. The hotel staff was exceptional, very welcoming and extremely helpful. We would definitely return!

I really wanted to like this hotel, but there were too many little things that ultimately ruined the trip. The main problem was the communication between the people at guest services/front desk and the guests. We felt as though we constantly had to stay on top of them to do simple things (book a restaurant reservation, book a winery reservation, book a car, etc.) The entire front house staff need to have a 3 week boot camp on what it means to have great customer service. I think they believe they are giving the best that they can, but I just don't think they know how top hotels operate. It wouldn't take much to tweak a few things, and I left thinking that they wanted to try. Unfortunately I do not think I will stay there on my next visit. We had dinner at Siete Fuegos and fell in love with the Vines (a truly top notch hotel.)

Casa de Uco was fabulous! They upgraded us for free, the views were spectacular, the food in the restaurant was excellent, we enjoyed the complimentary horseback ride around the property and enjoyed use of the steam room, jacuzzi, pool, and tennis courts. Highly recommended!

Beautiful estate with very friendly staff. Lots of activities included in the stay, including horseback riding, wine tasting, tennis courts, etc.
